I made this purchase from my mobile device and the pages loaded smoothly and clearly. As well as being intuative, informative, and the pages had good continuity.
I purchased a Swagtron hoverboard through Amazon and it would not charge. Swagtron's customer support person did some troubleshooting, had a new charger sent to us, but the hoverboard still will not charge. I am returning it to Amazon but went to Swagtron's website and found the same hoverboard on sale!
The bike gear broke while riding. The damage almost caused injury to me, yet I am being charged for the bike repairs. This is not a sign of a good product nor great customer service

Good customer service on the phone. The only complaint that I have is there are no tech support that a E-bike Tech can talk to over the phone if there is a question about a part not working like it should. If the part is new on the market the shop tech needs to know as much about a part in order to correct and fix any problems with a part or parts.
Smooth transaction although discount code didn't work.
I like the Amazon payment connection. I made it very easy and seems safer.
Also knowing the 30day return policy is great too.

Response has been extremely delayed since the unit was first repaired (RA247017) in March 2023. Upon the unit being returned to me (tracking # 1ZX865V00394323294), I noticed the Swagtron valve stem covers were swapped out with plastic valve stem covers and the tires were no longer holding air. On or about April 17th, I immediately reported the issue with the valve stem covers and that the tires would not hold air. It wasn't until May 13, 2023 before someone at Swagtron agreed to send me an RMA to return the unit for inspection. As of June 7, 2023 I was emailed the following "Good afternoon from Swagtron Support! Our repair team states that they were able to repair the leak in your hoverboard wheels, but due to how worn the wheels are, they recommend replacing the wheels as well. Would you like the fixed hoverboard returned to you as is, or would you like us to replace the wheels entirely? Do note that, with the cost of parts and labor, replacing both wheels entirely would be about $219.97. I am now paying a $59.99 labor fee twice within a matter of 3 months. I feel this labor fee should have been waived as I would not have sent the unit back so soon if the valve stem covers were not missing and the tires were holding air. I agree the tread was getting low so the tires should be replaced at some point and why not do it now since the unit is at your facility. Please have some consideration in my request. I feel that I have spent hundreds of dollars on the 4 units that I have, not to mention how many times the units have been repaired at your facility. Also, I am waiting for this unit to returned so that I can send my other T6 unit in for repair. Thank You for your understanding.

What didn't go wrong?! I was told the motor went bad in January of this year when I called customer service. I ordered a new motor for $80 and it was delivered within a week but due to poor packaging the motor ripped through the box and scraped the paint off. No big deal, it's not a show bike. I was just happy to get the product so quickly and get my son back on the road. I tested the motor right away and the bike still had the non running issue. I called customer support and couldn't get through. I emailed multiple times, no response. I kept calling for more than a month. Nothing. Finally I got through and luckily spoke to the same person I previously spoke to. She remembered my story and said the next thing to try was the controller. She wanted me to send pictures of it because there were several options. I sent the pictures. Crickets. For a month more I sent emails and called. Finally got through and some guy told me to email my issue and photos and someone would contact me. 🙃 Finally in late April I get to offer to send the bike to Indiana for repair. I reminded this person that we've had the bike for over a year and the warranty had expired. He stated they wanted to diagnose it. He said to send the motor back with the bike. It was $60 to ship it, $90 to diag and repair and $50 for the faulty part. I asked repeatedly to refund the new, unused motor and apply that to the invoice. Their answer: We can't refund the motor because it's been more than 30 days and it is used and scratched. I'm done fighting with them. I'll pay the invoice just to get the bike back and be done with this and them. Don't buy their products. Don't waste your time. We were extremely happy until this issue. I'm done with Swagtron. Their customer support sucks. Of course it's more than 30 days when it gets drug out by the company for 4 months. Anybody need an $80 paperweight? The motor has never been installed and just has factory installed scratches on it!
I like how all of the electric scooters have consistent information provided to compare between scooters. It's also great that they have an option to buy a refurbished scooter at a lower price, since I am poor.
Easy to find what I needed. Item layout pages were not super easy on my eyes.
Beware of this company they sell nonworking and used products as new all the pieces of my bike came off the light in the front and in the back my adapter is broken. I purchased another one they sent me a nonworking one and then to return it I have to purchase a label and pay a restocking fee for an item that did not work. The customer service is horrible i advise you to spend your money elsewhere because if anything go wrong, you’ll just be out of money. They clearly don’t know what it means to be a reputable company. They haven’t even been in existence for 10 years let’s see if they make it to 10 successfully. I will make sure I get the word out to each and everyone I know not to purchase anything from swag Tron ever.
