f'n ridiculous

This company is f'n ridiculous! My daughter purchased a scooter and insurance, rode for a little while then it pooped out. She contacted the company who instructed she send it in for repair. She boxed it up and did so immediately. She was given a period of time it would take to repair (5-20 business days);and she never saw it or heard from them again. She has tried to contact the. Company numerous times. It's may 22nd today and it was Feb 8th the day they received it. This company is beyond unprofessional, they are thieves. Please if your considering purchasing a scooter consider any company but this one. Out of principal this company should not be allowed to continue. There are many other options.

On My last purchase of the swagger 5…

On My last purchase of the swagger 5 after 2 days i received a trouble from the display E7 and the scooter wont move when pressing the throttle. I have been trying to reach out to Swagtron by phone for weeks with no response. I have been a loyal customer with several purchases and cannot get in contact with anyone from Swagtron. I still have the E7 trouble will someone please contact me.

We purchased hoverboard for my son for Christmas and after a full charging it worked for maybe 10 minutes then died. We immediately contacted Swagtron to return it or repair in early Jan 2024, and we confirmed they indeed received the returns unit, however that was the last we heard of our return. Over the last several months I have emailed them a bevy of times through their home site however I only get an automated return that our inquiry was recover and they will reach out in 1-3 business days. Well, have not heard a damn thing from them per all my contact attempts. In addition, their customer service line rings unanswered however when calling them this week the phone line is no longer in service. Swagtron is nothing more than a website scam company selling trash with absolutely zero customer service. I strongly recommended avoiding purchasing anything from this pathetic excuse for a company.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!

My boyfriend ordered me a bike from their website, turned out to be a little too tall for me so we sent it back without a problem. While waiting for his refund, I myself ordered the newer, similar but blue bike, and when it comes in, they sent me a 2 foot small blue SCOOTER. How do you mess up a giant blue bike with a small blue scooter? They would not send the correct bike until I sent the scooter back, sure, I understand, but I returned the bike on January 31 2024, and I got confirmation of return from them on Feb 14 saying it will take 5-20 business days for my refund, but NEVER received my refund of $600!! Sent multiple emails regarding update on refund status and nothing! Stopped emailing them and turned to my bank who also cannot get ahold of them. Save your time and money!!!

Better than most sites I've encountered.

Shopping was easy and only took about a minute thanks to the way everything on the site is set up. It really helped that I had to put all my information in on the same page so that if I messed up on something I didn't have to redo half of it like on other sites. Thank you swagtron!

What a Scam!

My son saved his money for months to purchase a hoverboard. When we received it, it ran for about five minutes before it broke - we did nothing to it.

I have tried to contact Swagtron multiple times to discuss a return of the item or repair. They have not responded to a single email. Never answer the phone. I have filled out the required forms online for a return. and NOTHING. They have not tried to reach out in any way. This is a total scam and now my poor son, who saved for months, is out $350!

Appears to no longer be in business as of Feb-Mar 2024

I would say this company seems to have gone out of business, but still presents as an active e-retail website. I don’t know if they’re still shipping new product, but anyone considering ordering on their website should reconsider.

I had a repair issue covered by warranty for a scooter purchased in December. I spoke with someone who sent me the proper forms and shipping instructions. I shipped the scooter to them as instructed and received email confirmation that they received the scooter for repair on 1/26/2024.

I have heard nothing since. I have sent dozens of message/contact request forms. I have dialed their phone number (the only one available that I can find anywhere online) hundreds of times over 6 weeks, and each time encounter a busy signal. Their website continues to update with seasonal specials. This means either those running the company have disappeared as other evidence suggests and these are prescheduled site updates (in which case, new purchases would be unlikely to be fulfilled), or they’ve been intentionally scamming people in the past several months. Either scenario is a losing one for the unsuspecting consumer.

I have never experienced anything like this. I’ve never even heard of anything like this, from a seemingly established company/manufacturer (as evidenced by its multi-generation products) with pretty decent reviews. Ever.

I’ve since turned it over to my credit card company for dispute. Hoping a party with a voice louder than mine can correct the issue and perhaps blow the lid off whatever it is Swagtron is doing here.

Have a swagtron eb7 electric bike

Have a swagtron eb7 electric bike. The wiring that comes out of the bolt area on the back tire is not even close to properly protected from the elements, dirt, etc. So the tiny little cabes broke and the bike no longer works. I searched for at least 20 minutes on Google, reddit, etc trying to find a customer service number for swagtron. The only number I could find (ends 0625) doesn't ring and just beeps over and over. Only option is to email them and request they call you (or email back which I'm sure would be a nightmare emails back n forth with days between answers). So you're only option is to give them your phone number so they can kindly sell it to telemarketers for a quick buck. I sent the email requested a call as soon as possible so I could identify the part I need to order and where to order it. The automated email I got in response basically says we'll get back to you in 3 days. Super convenient I can't name another semi-large company that does not have a customer service number and their response times are 24 to 72 hours via email. Where did the hundreds of dollars go that I spent on this bike damn sure isn't to pay employees because you couldn't even have a small call center for customer service. Wish I did a bit more research before I bought this bike, definitely won't be a return customer. Swagtron is laughable.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. I purchased and item through Amazon (not through them but it was their product) and I reached out 7 times to ask a few simple questions. I always got an automated email that said I’d hear back in 48-72 hours but I never did and now I’m past my return window. They shouldn’t even advertise to contact them because you can’t!

Horrible Customer Service

I contacted Swagtron about a week ago asking if they can help me with finding a new battery for my Swagtron hoverboard. I stated how I barely use my hoverboard and all of a sudden I was met with a blinking light indicating I needed a battery replacement. Swagtron promised a response in 24-72 hours and after 120 hours I still got no response so I made another claim. It has been over 48 hours since my second claim was filed and still no word regarding my issue. I am extremely disappointed and I recommend everyone to not purchase any products from them because if you have any questions or face any issues, you won't be getting help from their customer service.

The customer service phone number is…

The customer service phone number is really hard to find. When you do funds it and call it, no one ever answers. The customer service associates available by email aren't able to give me details about the warranty they sell. They sent willing to connect me with anyone who can answer questions about it.
