We always have our Vaillant boiler serviced by sustainable heating. Cheaper than the manufacturer and we prefer using local engineers.

Sustainable Heating have been servicing central heating boiler for a number of years. You receive a call on day of service giving you arrival time. Always prompt, efficient and leave the area clean and tidy.

Mother left with no heating
My mother was unfortunately left with no heating or hot water Friday just gone. They had someone out same day and fixed the boiler! Very happy with the engineer, very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again!

We had a water leak on our Viessmann boiler, they answered the phone and attended the following day with the part on the van. Great service.

Great and reliable service
Great and reliable service, skilled at what they do. Can't thank them enough for their reliable service, felt I was always dealing with professionals who knew what they were doing. Costs were explained well and very fair.

Honest, reliable, safe
The boiler went down in my elderly mother’s house which left her with no heating or hot water in the freezing cold weather. I phoned around and people were either saying it would be two days before they could get out or they were charging extortionate amounts. It was so lucky that I clicked on Sustainable Heating. They were out within 12 hours of me phoning. My mother felt very looked after said she won’t use anyone other than Sustainable Heating again. Thank you for your quick, reliable and reasonably priced service. You have made this family very happy.
