Very prompt response to my query about arranging a survey. Survey was done in a timely manner and done well, kept up to date constantly if any delays occurred.

Was recommended to Survey First. Professional, was kept updated from the initial outset by the Operations Manager, Survey was carried out by Director, the whole process was straightforward and prompt.
From initial call on Tuesday, Survey Thursday and report by Friday. Couldn't fault.

We ended up having two surveys carried out by Survey First. After our first purchase fell through we needed a second survey and had no hesitation in using them again. Both of our experiences using their services were first class. From communication to the very detailed report. And even better was the after care when we wanted to discuss points brought up on the report. I will recommend them to everyone now.

I received about 20 quotes from different surveyors, some really cheap and some way too expensive. I went in the middle with Survey First because they had great reviews on google and Trust Pilot and are RICS regulated.

I had a Level 3 survey on a bungalow. From the start when I first queried about it Foyez's communication and speedy responses were great which makes a difference. I received a quote quite quickly and the survey was booked on 28/01, conducted on 06/02 and report received on 12/02. I had an initial phone call from Anwar the day before where I was able to share my concerns as well as mentioning it on the form when I booked. Anwar called me the following day after the survey was conducted as a follow up to explain any concerns and results.

I paid £896 for L3 survey which was quite comprehensive including the optional add on of Cost Guidance.

I certainly recommend Survey First to anyone looking to get a survey done on a property.

I first spoke to a Mr Foyez - very nice and extroverted gentleman. He said that a Mr Anwar, chartered RICS surveyor would contact me - and surprisingly this Mr Anwar did phone me within minutes and he had all the time to address all my questions and indeed, he gave me many valuable advice. He then came to do my house valuation a few days after - He was very comprehensive, thorough and I was very impressed with the valuation - and the valuation report
Hence, I was very happy with this 'Survey First' RICS company - and also, the price was the most competitive that I found. So, a big thanks to both Mr Foyez and Mr Anwar.

The team at Survey First were incredibly helpful regarding our recent L3 survey for a prospective purchase. They were able to book the visit in within a week of enquiring and produced an incredibly detailed report 4 days later. Additionally, they were very responsive and offered great customer service, especially when problem-solving with a faulty booking form link. Having had a negative experience with another surveyor, I was glad to find a more professional company that I could rely on.
Survey First has a more personal approach, first confirming the time slot before asking for payment, calling before the survey to ask about concerns and also calling after the survey to give some quick feedback before the actual report. This is very valuable as it can alleviate your concerns early but also prepare you for the more serious issues coming in the final report. As for the report, it was detailed and easy to understand, with a couple of concerns raised, the severity of them as well as advice on what actions could be taken moving forward.
On the operation side, they move pretty fast and respond quickly to emails on either follow-ups or queries about survey results.

Excellent service and care. Primarily, they did the job, to a good standard, on time. With additional marks for good communication, setting expectations, and taking the time to provide effective assurance through answering questions. Would definitely recommend.

Good experience, answer rapidly, survey done in a week after on-site visit (two weeks total from first call to survey received) exhaustive survey and precise answer to our questions.
