Having contacted several companies regarding a level 2 survey and requiring some questions answered the advice and service I received from Survey First was a class above the others.
From the moment i booked the survey Chloe in their office took care of everything and i received regular updates regarding dates and times which was a great help.
Anwar, who carried out the survey was excellent and furnished myself with all the information i needed which was followed up by a report that was thorough and easy to follow.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use the team at Survey First again.

Great communication and a fast turnover

Anwar completed a RICS Survey Level 2 Report (survey only) for us a few weeks ago. As first-time buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed by all of the information out there and all the things one has to do/ consider when buying a house. Booking a survey with Survey First was the easy part and reasonably priced too. Foyez promptly booked us in and access to the property was quickly arranged. I had a pre-survey call with Anwar to run through some specific points and discuss what he would cover. Not long after the survey was carried out, Anwar called again to highlight his key findings before issuing us with a clear and thorough report, with photos, a few days later. The whole experience has been so straightforward and invaluable. We are currently acting on his advice ahead of exchange of contracts but feel much more confident in our first property purchase.
