Great idea but think about the cost

The nerdapp professional came quickly and was very sensible, polite and seemed well informed. However, it was not possible to fix the problem we had (connecting a printer to a laptop) and it has ended up being extremely expensive for no actual fix. I appreciate not everything can be fixed but just worth thinking about the value and cost/benefit before committing to the £129 deposit and maybe check before staying longer if it is looking bleak as paying nearly £200 for no fix was quite hard to swallow

The current management system appears to lack adequate provisions for fair evaluation and resolution of customer reviews. The platform prioritises exclusively 5-star ratings, creating a situation where lower-rated technicians are at disadvantage. In addition, attempts to appeal negative reviews are met with evasive responses that fail to address the concern in question. These issues as well as others suggest there may be room for improvement in the platform's customer review and feedback processes.
