It's great to be able to find a tech person when you need them. Supportwave makes that really easy.

It's almost astonishing to watch their timer suggest someone will respond in 60 seconds - and it happens. The HQ is responsive, too.

Amazing support

Great support in an instant.
I had a problem with a printer connection and what I had struggled with for over 2 hours they fixed in 10 minutes. Thankyou for your help. Will definitely use again.

life saver!!!

I have my own business, and work on my on. I can get very frustrated and lost with IT .
It's great to know that the IT support is there and can be tapped into when needed.
Very useful and helpful and a life saver for my business

One of the best things was the speed of…

One of the best things was the speed of response. My nerd got in touch quickly and was flexible about date and time. He was very supportive, knowledgable, and likeable. He helped me with all my problems and listened well. It's a great relief to have these problems solved.

Solved what IT department couldn't

I had an issue with several work emails not connecting to outlook app. The in-house IT departments could not figure it out over several weeks. I used nerdapp and they handled it in less than an hour, at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend. Service and resources they have to solve any IT issue is invaluable. Very quick to respond as well.

Nerdapp has really good remote tech support. They managed to quickly resolve my problem with my mac. Super professional and efficient, and nowhere near as expensive as the big companies. Highly recommended

reckless service ramping up charges

The nerd made updates without checking on my system or asking me about backups, causing more of his work to fix his mistake. Instead of charging me for the time it took him to sort my problem only as he told me (which at the end wasn't sorted), he charged me for the whole time. It cost me 6 times more!

I was fortunate to get Hussein

From the very beginning he was both professional and kind and listened and knew what to then do. I mistakenly had placed a folder which I had been working on for months in error in the bin if my Mac and then had emptied the bin! Hussein was able to more or less recover all the lost files

They did what the laptop manufacturers claimed couldn't be done

My laptop was going mad, fans super loud and the laptop had become painfully slow, i had contacted HP support and despite the fact it was in warranty they could not help me. A small fee and 25 minutes help from NerdApp and my laptop is working as good as new. I am generally paranoid but was not concerned in the slightest about my cyber safety, they are very professional and legitimate.

Unprofessional and discriminatory

Rife with discrimination and devoid of accountability, these individuals are utterly unwilling to shoulder any responsibility towards technicians, while demanding unwavering commitment from them. Such blatant double standards are despicable and reek of hypocrisy.

Hi Daniel. Unfortunately, we do not allow technicians to operate outside of the country they select when they onboard their account, unless the techs provide documentation which prove they have the rights to work in that country.

It was flagged by our team that you were operating outside of the US, therefor, we could no longer allow you to work on our platform. We strive to have local Nerds helping customers. Please feel free to reach out when are you are able to provide the relevant documents or keep an eye out for when we are live in your location.

Complete scam! After you pay for services not rendered…. Once they get your account information they will continue to deduct 24-30 dollars every 1-2 days. Complete scam
