Truly excellent customer service
Truly excellent customer service, fast delivery and incredibly low prices.
I needed a couple of spare keys for some high security locks. The high street key cutting ships wanted over £17 per key, as did Yale. TrulyPVC supplied original Yale keys for £6 each. Even with postage, that’s less than half the price. Amazing!
Also very helpful in checking to make sure I had ordered the correct keys.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.
Excellent service from ordering to delivery. I was kept informed every step of the way regarding my order and advised of the parts I would need. Delivery was prompt and the driver was kind and very helpful. The products are of exceptional quality. I would highly recommend Truly PVC and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Excellent Company

Useful information on the site
Useful information on the site, which helped get the correct part. Delivery was quick, price was excellent but postage expensive. But postage and part together made the price no more than average, so not to bad.
Very happy will certainly use again.
