Really good service. I have bought conservatory parts previously and like this order for 4 white r/offset window handle they where delivered (i think next day or the day after) and these handles (yale) are top class product, and at a very good price. In fact a lot cheaper than ebay or amazon and better product, A1 seller Truly

Excellent customer service fast delivery
I ordered a sheet of PVC from this company and was immediately impressed by how simple the website was to use and how quickly my order arrived. When my plans changed and I no longer needed the item, I asked if I could return it unused. They agreed straight away and processed the refund without any hassle. They even told me when to expect the refund in my account and followed up to make sure it had gone through. Outstanding service from start to finish — highly recommended.

We can confirm that a 35mm unit was supplied, which matches the item ordered. If you require the 45mm version instead, you’re more than welcome to return the unused 35mm item and place a new order for the correct size.
