Have used this service twice now with same company, they are brilliant. But Superpay let them down. I have the App on my phone but it does not seem to link me when I scan the QR code. I'm accruing money but have no idea how to get to it.

I have used super payments a few times now and have saved around £40. It’s super easy and and safe. I like you can track everything through the app and any problem at all there Is someone happy to help. I have only experienced one small problem but it was with the company I bought from and yet super payments helped me straight away! Super payments is the way forward!

Tuck payment from my bank but Amazon saying no payment received and I can’t find no customer service number to call.

Purchased via superpayments 3 pairs of trainers from Adidas. Money taken, along with rewards. Short while later, realised Adidas haven't cleared my shopping basket. Contact Adidas. No transaction recorded. Money taken. No order. Tried to contact superpayments. Still waiting for response. First issue I had with them, and not impressed.
Problem fixed. Not sure what they did. But sorted. Fair play to em.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Superpayments. Last Thursday, I attempted to purchase a pair of Nike shoes and an iPad through Superpayments to take advantage of their cashback offer. Unfortunately, I ended up mistakenly charging the items directly to my bank account, and my order was never completed. When I tried to reorder using the provided voucher, it simply didn’t work.

I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they were unable to offer any solutions, leaving me empty-handed as my desired size sold out. Now, my money has been deducted from my account, and I’m left without my purchases. Despite sending additional messages, I’ve been told that they cannot issue a refund until they resolve the issue with Nike, which seems to be out of their hands.

This has been my last experience with Superpayments. I sincerely hope to recover my funds as soon as possible, but I feel incredibly let down by their service.

A bit dubious when first using this app. No issues whatsoever for many transactions resulting in savings of £66 so far. One transaction failed to show on Amazon orders - submitted a request for help - recieved a response quickly and problem resolved. We'll done Super Payments *****
