Great experience
Really easy to use great customer service when not tracked. Works exactly like you would expect and fantastic savings. Slight improvement may be where you could use your cash back on any retailer as opposed to only where it was earned.

Another rapid transaction for my Allicin Max capsules. Best price anywhere, PLUS , I received a hefty £1.80 discount and on next purchase. My only regret is my own forgetfulness: having recently purchased a new phone from John Lewis, I forgot to do it through Super Payments. Whenever I need to buy anything, I will remember to check Super Payments first. A large range of suppliers available on the app. Have told Family about Super Payments. Thank you to Quickvit , some months ago, for the prompt to use Super Payments. ☺️

Terrible Experience: No Order Confirmation, Unhelpful Support, and a Broken Gift Card
I placed an order with Nike through Super Payment two weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. I never received an order confirmation, and despite reaching out multiple times, I've yet to get any response or refund. On top of that, the "gift card" they provided doesn't even work. Their customer service has been virtually unhelpful, offering little to no support. Extremely disappointed with this experience and wouldn't recommend using this payment method.
UPDATE:
Super Payment recently contacted me and provided instructions on how to use the gift card they issued. However, I am very unhappy with this outcome as I never requested a gift card; I simply wanted to purchase an item. I have demanded a refund for the gift card, but they have yet to issue it. This situation has been frustrating, as it is not what I intended when making my original purchase.
