who was very helpful today with my boarding pass details that I sent. He not only instructed me on the correct email address to send passports, but confirmed receipt of the email i sent to him with all the details. This put my mind at rest that the details for boarding passes were in received and could be administrated.

When we booked our holiday on 24/02/2026 Henry was very helpful and got us the holiday dates and travel times we needed.

I needed to add extra baggage to my easy jet booking. Neil Woodcraft Was very helpful and emailed me through the prices yesterday and then rang me 1st thing this morning to complete the payment. It was all done quickly and no no stress or issues. Many thanks

At first there was a lot of back and forth with the holiday choices and the prices, but we got there in the end even though it cost me more than what was advertised, then Luke got back to me to change the birthday date that some how got messed up. So far so good finger crossed

Booking Documentations Access.
I called to request my booking documentation, which I still haven't received. Took a few minutes, and all documentation was emailed immediately.

I called to complete the passport details for my short trip, however the first person I spoke to eas very difficult to understand. After a few minutes on the call she asked me to ring back. I called back straight away and this time spoke to Vicki. Only 3 or 4 minutes on the phone, clear, efficient and polite 🙂

This was our first experience with Super Escapes and, although we were hesitant initially, we found them professional and helpful. We dealt with Henry who was very efficient and helped us through the process. However, it would be good to be able to speak to the same person as, on each occasion, we were unable to contact Henry. Our 4 nights in Krakow went very smoothly and we were pleased with the confirmation the night before the flight. Overall the city break in Krakow was great and the Wawel Queen Hotel was excellent. Thank you Henry

Don't use this company. Booked holiday arrived at the hotel and couldn't find our booking. Had to pay for hotel until the sorted it out. This also took 3 days and only had 1 day of holiday left before flying home.

Dania has been excellent in dealing with me. Always polite and respectful and willing to help me. Good service received
