I had a positive experience with my trip to Budapest organized by this company who answered all my queries promptly and with professionalism. All members if staff were very keen to help, in particular Luke. I would recommend them and hope to travel with them again.

Answered all my questions clearly

Clear, helpful communication from Luke re' our booking. He responded very promptly to an email I had sent. It's good to know that Super Escapes staff are on top of any issues as they arise.

Today we dealt with Neil Woodcraft and we got a good clear chat and all was explained and we could hear clearly what he was explaining to us without us having to say "pardon, what was it you said, we can't understand you etc etc" We asked to transfer us to somebody else but he did't.
That's what happened to us when we phoned a couple of days ago
So today talking to Neil we had a clear and well explained help satisfied

I do not understand these high reviews.
We booked through Travel Zoo. After we paid, we were conned into a different hotel.
When we checked, this hotel was £30 per night cheaper. They were extremely rude and aggressive when we queried it. They said the original hotel was no longer available. They didn’t honour the Travel Zoo standard room but said we had to pay for upgrade. This company is nothing but a hard up-sell company.
3 weeks later we have had no confirmation that our booking even exists.
Do not book with this company.

Company answered the phone call quickly. Passed to Eva who was very patient with all my questions re booking seats so my Husband & I can guarantee travelling together. Eva was very thorough double checking details. The lack of a star is down to the fact I struggled a bit with the accent.

I was a little confused on my initial call to Super Escapes to book a holiday but after speaking with Neil Woodcraft from customer services it really put my mind at rest. Neil was most helpful & E-mailed me all of the details & holiday vouchers I need for my trip.
Keep up the good work Neil & thanks again.
