No customer service
I have been waiting for nearly five months for my battery activation, and Sunnova has yet to resolve the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear answers or timeline. Meanwhile, my Edison bill has significantly increased due to this delay, and Sunnova has not provided any compensation for the inconvenience.
Customer service has been frustratingly slow, and I am left with no choice but to consider legal action if this continues. I expected better service and accountability from a company that promises reliable solar solutions. I strongly urge anyone considering Sunnova to be cautious and ensure they get firm commitments before signing up.
