AWFUL is an understatement
If I could give a -10, I would. DO NOT go to this company. I'm being charged for a bill that is NOT my responsibility even though I've submitted the necessary documentation MULTIPLE TIMES. Their customer service sucks. I would love to know how people give 5 stars, because me experience has been atrocious.
I don't need a comment saying your sorry for my issues and providing contact information. I've called and inquired multiple times with no resolution. I need a resolution asap.

Horrible customer service
I’m not sure who is giving all these incredible reviews. From my experience, I was spammed by phone calls in the time leading up to my closing (solars panels were added to the house during build) by call center team members who could not answer my questions but could only read from a script. Now that I have the panels, I find they are loose. Knocking around in the wind. And I can’t get anyone from their team to return my call. I am just told over and over again that the case has been filed. Not sure at what I’ll become a priority—when they actually start a fire or damage my roof? The customer service is atrocious. I’d recommend anyone but this poorly managed company.

I have had my solar on for about 3 months now and I just found out that my electric company is still charging me for the full bill and I am also being charged monthly by sunnova. Absolute scam. I reached out to the sales rep and he never got back to me.
