Excellent service by Nigel and George! Questions were promptly answered; notifications about the progress of the purchase process were sent; and even beyond the property viewed requests were handled with energy. We liked the swift and transparent communication.

I contacted George Sorial of Sun Homes when a friend who knew I was anxious to sell my property in Egypt sent me a link.
We spoke on the phone and I was immediately impressed by his honesty and the trouble he took to give me the best advice whether it was in his own interests or not. For example he told me that if I sold through him the developer would charge me a substantial sum that they might have waived if I was prepared to deal with them directly.
Fortunately I decided to sell through George and never regretted it. He was unfailingly efficient, friendly and helpful throughout the process which was concluded within a very short period to my complete satisfaction.
I have no hesitation in recommending him unreservedly.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They are reliable and trustworthy. It is easy to get in touch with them and they know what they are talking about.
I am really satisfied.

Like any new buyer, was very anxious and unsure of about the process of dealing with an agency for a property in Hurghada. I have been put at ease from the get go, very professional, available at anytime to communicate with. The straight , honest answer was the most reassuring part. When I got to Hurghada, Refaat’s, was fantastic, very helpful, friendly and professional. He even took us out for dinner , which was sweet. Would definitely recommend Sun homes overseas. Thank you to George, really please him the service.
