Sun Homes Overseas Ltd Recensioni

George and Rafet have been excellent from start to finish. They promptly returned our phone calls and emails and their advice was extremely helpful. Rafet drove us to all the locations to ensure the completion of our property went smoothly. The reassurance that we received helped to ease our anxiety of selling abroad.

And once ready to purchase again in hurghada yes only through sun home ☺.

Excellent service from start to finish, when buying a property from SHO in Egypt. George is an honest, experienced property advisor. He knows the buying process from viewing remotely to recommending a good lawyer. Support on the ground from his team when dealing with government officials, opening bank accounts, issuing POA's and shopping trips. Any concerns I had I was put at ease in a calm and friendly manner and emails and phone calls were acted on promptly. For peace of mind and to be in safe hands I would highly recommend Sun Homes Overseas Ltd
Thank you for making my dream come true

Simply Amazing....!
There are not enough words to truly thank these guys for their help in selling a property in Egypt. They helped with solving all the attached problems in such a calm and helpful way that we were able to complete on a sale that I thought would never be possible and just in time to end 2021 on a huge positive.
THANK YOU

George and Nigel make quite the team! Slick, smooth service. Great legal team they work with too (Neli). From the initial idea to sell, to money in the bank was less than 30 days. I did not believe this was possible! Many many thanks!

George at Sun Homes Overseas has provided an excellent service throughout a sale transaction. He has gone above and beyond, significantly, to ensure a speedy completion to meet everyone's requirements.
From the very beginning to the completion communication was outstanding and his team colleague oversees (Rifat ) has also gone above and beyond to help us furnishing our townhouse in Hurghada.
We cannot recommend them enough for what they did for us. They are friendly, professional and overall great people who want nothing more than to secure you your dream home. Thank you, again, for all your help, we couldn’t have done it without you!

We would highly recommend.

After many years of ownership, we decided to sell our apartment in Egypt primarily to use the money to see more of the world. We did not need to sell, so we wanted a good price. After many suboptimal offers, George Sorial managed to find a purchaser willing to pay this price. The selling process is somewhat complex, but George was excellent throughout and provided all of the necessary support with lawyers, Notaries, Embassies, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, International document transfers, bank transfers etc. Ultimately a potential organisational nightmare went exceptionally smoothly. We received our funds into our UK account without any issues whatsoever. Excellent service throughout, even personal telephone support over weekends. We would thoroughly recommend.

Good Morning, I have just sold my property in Hurghada Egypt with no problems whatsoever.
George Sorial was a gentleman, also helpful and explained everything in detail.
My only wish is that I had stuck out for more money.

Thank you for your help.

Guided me through the minefield of selling my overseas home, and took great care to ensure I knew exactly what was happening, and when. Would happily use their services again. George in particular receives a big thank you.

Sun homes have been managing my real estate in Hurghada for over 5 years. There have been challenges with getting suitable tenants etc but thats just down to the state of the economy in that region. George and his team have been professional, very responsive and go over and beyond sometimes by settling taxes or payments due from their pockets to be reimbursed later. We just concluded sale of the property and that went smoothly with regular updates and information provided regarding the unique requirements of the region. I feel like I have been dealing with family even though all transactions have been by email. I will highly recommend Sun Homes Overseas if you want to purchase or lease out your property in Egypt. You will get honest and reliable advice and handholding all the way through!
