Amazing company, great responsiveness, really helpful and good at explaining the selling process

Sun Homes have always been very supportive, it is not easy to manage a property overseas, they were always avalaible when we needed additional help. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Buy and sell a property it's not easy but we had a great experience with Sun Homes. Refaat followed us on spot and George was always in contact with us for updates and problem solving. We bought with them having a great experience so we had no doubt deciding to sell with them. Highly recommended.

George and Refaat are genuine gentlemen. Right from the very start of doing a property inspection until signing over the property in our names, nothing was too difficult for them to ensure that our transaction went smoothly. They also have an after sales service that we have utilised and Refaat excelled in our expectations. Thank you both so much for making our Egypt purchase simple and stress free.

SHO is an excellet company if you want to buy and manage our property. It is a longer than the year our co-operation, they manage our property in Egypt, help with everything, advice with problems, know the local practice. We are pleased that we bought our dreams aparment in Hurgada one year ago and we very happy that we have a powerful ally. Renting Hurgada company with their services is the best on the Egyptian market. Thanks to George and Refaat and whole team

The advice and overall service received from George and Refaat can only be described as excellent. I did not expect the property to sell as quickly as it did, with no hiccups, and at the full asking price. I cannot find fault with them and will gladly recommend Sun Homes Overseas to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Having just completed on the sale of my appartement in Bulgaria, George and his team were on hand to assist when needed. Really happy with the service

George and his team has done an excellent job for me in helping me sell some overseas properties. While we ultimately did not end up listing my Sofia Bulgaria apartment, the experience of working with Sun Homes as they went to the apartment photographed and developed an estimate was quick and professional and I appreciated that greatly. Sun Homes did sell a Hurgahda Egypt apartment of mine this month. The company I bought it from wouldn't help me sell, my property manager wouldn't help me sell, I thought it was hopeless until I got in touch with Sun Homes and they came through for me. I can't recommend them enough and if I am ever in a position to buy or sell properties in any of the markets Sun Homes works in I will definitely work with them again.
