Amazing location with great amenities. The door staff was extremely pleasant. The move in/out process was as easy as I could have hoped.

My experience with Suite Home has been good. However, there are a few suggestions that I have since my stay at 1 E. Delaware. Although I liked the building and location, I found a few problems in the apartment. The lighting is poor, so that at night or on a cloudy day, there is no light when you sit down at the table to eat. You are eating in the dark. Also, for someone who is short, it is difficult to reach past the first shelf in the kitchen. A step stool would be helpful. Otherwise, my stay was very nice and I would rent through them again.

Our studio appt for a month was excellently provided with
all the necessary kitchen/bath/bedding/tv and information sheets about everything else inside and outside 345 W Ohio!

The staff was very responsive to questions and extra needs.

Great apartment. And great staff in the building. My only issue is that my fob for access to the garage never worked. I had to call the attendant every day.

Matthew Tobel is fantastic. He made my move into temporary housing seamless. His attention to detail and follow though is impeccable. The added touch of painting accent walls to make the home feel more homey was an unexpected surprise.

The Suite Home Chicago team provided exceptional service and support for an executive relocation to the Oak Brook area. The team went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. They were extremely responsive and flexible to meet our very specific needs on a tight timeline. They took the stress of housing off my shoulders, so I could concentrate on other onboarding logistics. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for temporary housing and will use them again in the future.

Some initial move in problems with key's not being ready and another maintenance issue with a blocked dishwasher which seemed to take a while to resolve/get someone out. Other than that I'm happy with the apartment and haven't needed to contact SuiteHome...which in my mind is a good thing.

The staff members at Suite Home Chicago have been very cooperative from the onset. Since I moved to Chicago four years ago, I rolled the dice and went with SHC, not knowing what to expect. Needless to say, they have exceeded my expectations. They comply with work orders in a timely manner, and their rates are very reasonable. They are also friendly and they obviously care about their clients.

The entire process was seamless and the apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I felt very much at home for the 6 weeks I was there. The location was great too.

Where do I start? 1. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! 2. The apartment itself was extremely well decorated, had great views from all angles of the place and was in an amazing location. 3. Their pool and additional building amenities were great as well.

I couldn’t find a better place to stay! This place was great!

They are professional, listen to your needs and quick to follow up with any issues.

Two things have made our stay a little iffy.
First - Housekeeping has come in without knocking on several occasions and a couple of times on a day different than the scheduled cleaning day. In addition, the products they use to clean the bathroom has a very strong odor that caused my wife to have headaches.

Second - The next door neighbor is a party guy. Three nights in a row, and on other occasions, he played music very loudly which made the partiers have to yell to have a conversation. Needless to say, these were sleepless nights for us.

Suite Home Chicago accommodated is on such short notice that it was truly amazing they were able to reserve the beautiful unit that they did at Marquee. Their customer service is phenomenal! I would recommend anyone that needs assistance in reserving a corporate apartment either for business or personal use, reach out to Suite Home Chicago!
