Great space and and even better location.

The suite was really nice, but the neighbors were very loud. No respect for anyone as they slammed their doors and had late conversations in the hall.
The maid service could have been better there were days my bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

Great suite. Thoughtful amenities. A queen size bed would be only improvement.

Overall, it is a very nice apartment and good service. It is always nice and quick response.
Some improvement will be given clients user manual how to use dishwasher, washing machine etc to make it easy to settle in.
The other is the bath tub is often stuck if you do pay attention while do hair washing. It will be nice to offer a solution.
A nice stay in the apartment, I enjoy it.

Aqua is the perfect housing to experience the full Chicago experience! You get the best of every aspect of the city. Like being minutes away from Michigan Avenue and Millenium Park. While also being stories above the city to keep your home quiet, with a serene view of Lake Michigan. In addition to location, Suite Home Chicago made me never want to leave with plush bedding, and extremely pleasant workers. I know I will be staying with Suite Home Chicago again after my amazing experience!

Wonderful accommodations! My suite at the Aqua was very spacious and provided all the essentials needed to make my stay feel like home. The beds were very comfortable and they provided a variety of pillow choices which is a bonus to a good nights sleep. The suite was also very quiet. The location of Aqua was perfect walking distance to restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment.

My Aqua 2 bedroom suite had everything from washer and dryer to large closets to very comfortable bed and bedding. The corner unit had wrap around windows and balcony which were spectacular. Workout facility was amazing and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Great location and anyone that stays there will be very pleased.

Excellent accommodation. Space was very clean, bed was comfortable. Location was ideal w/several parking choices. Staff was responsive and made sure I was able to check in early. Appreciate having cold water in the fridge on arrival!

They had a good selection of apartments in various excellent locations in Chicago. The people were capable, organized, fast, and pleasant to deal with. My wife and I rented the apartment for just over 7 weeks and I couldn't be more pleased.

This is the only way to stay in Chicago. You are close to everything, beautiful views and you feel like you are at home because it is an apartment not a hotel. Thanks to Suite Home, my loved ones and I had such an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone staying for a few nights or months. The beds are comfortable as well! :)

Since many years I am coming to Chicago at least 4 times a year and since 4 years I am always staying in a Suite Home Chicago Apartment, most recently always at Marquee 37.
One can always rely on finding a top clean and top equipted apartment, and if I am very lucky it is on a high level with a pair number. My special hit is the Fitness at Marquee 37, which not only offers an equal variety of training options than any Fitness Club, but on top it offers the most spectaculat view over Chicago dowtown !!

Clean, comfortable and amazing customer service!!

Suite Home Chicago is absolutely the best place for corporate housing needs. Their entire staff are amazing and professional people. Don’t risk crazy Airbnb’s or deal with Oakwood. If you’re traveling to the Chicagoland area this is the company to use. I found them about 8 years ago and will only use their services for my travel needs.

The Suite Home team is professional, friendly and very helpful! We moved our family of 4 into a 2 bedroom unit for a temporary stay in the West Loop. It is true that you show up, park your car and unpack. The transition was seamless and the property has everything that a family needs. There is plenty of space, everything is clean and we are enjoying everything the city has to offer. In one short week, we have visited museums, enjoyed Chicago Ideas speakers, seen a show, eaten at new restaurants, tried various workouts including spin, pilates and barre classes and we have so much more planned! The commute to work and school has been shortened significantly so we can make the most of every day. We walk everywhere enjoying the fall weather in Chicago!
