The Jamaican Treasures Team was incredible to work with in planning our vacation end to end. We had a very large group of *40* people, and the JT Team helped coordinate all the housing, reservations, communications and payments with all individuals. They truly offered unparalleled customer service and attention to detail throughout. For example, the JT Team provided weekly email updates on guest status. In addition, the JT Team jumped in to support our meal plans, when I realized we needed additional options. The JT Team was there to help me connect to all the right people to get anything we needed. They are certainly the local Jamaican experts when it comes to travel and hospitality.

Jamaican Treasures was amazing. Their company staff is so helpful, provided great insight, always responded quickly and were so nice and gave us the best experience. The only problem we encountered with the company was their bus drivers, who were not pleasant to say the least.

The time at the villa was incredible, great staff and truly made our vacation. My only concern was the morning of arrival, the local lady took my call about what time we could check in and she never called back until the following day - somewhat mute at that point.

Jamaica treasures made our rental a smooth and clear process. The villa was perfect and reflected exactly what we expected. The coordinations were perfect. A very trustworthy and excellent organization.

This full experience was wonderful! From finding a suitable location in Runaway Bay, JA to working with the villa owner to negotiate on our behalf and plan for our arrival, Jamaican Treasures was awesome. Special thanks to Tricia, Lisa and the entire team. Job extremely well done!! Just returned 2 weeks ago and our group of 13 is saving for the next trip ... we'll be back :)

The Jamaican Treasures team was very informative and helpful in evaluating villa options, planning the trip, setting expectations and answering questions prior to our arrival. I appreciate the follow up email and calls from Swady, Patricia and Stephanie in the days leading up to the trip, especially on the day before our departure. Our driver for the week Devon Walker was great - very knowledgeable, personable and helped to make our trip to Jamaica memorable.

The only notable issue with the service provided by Jamaican Treasures was the communication around the pre-paid gratuity for the villa staff. Our group paid a 10% gratuity beforehand, but the email communications we received prior to arrival didn’t acknowledge the pre-paid gratuity. After requesting confirmation of the gratuity a few days before our trip, I received email confirmation. As it turned out, we decided to tip an additional amount to the villa staff. However, it would eliminate confusion if the email communications from Jamaican Treasures indicate when a gratuity has been pre-paid.

Overall, the service was great. I would definitely use Jamaican Treasures again and recommend to others.

Best location, house, and staff on the beach!

Our trip to Jamaica as a group was a tremendous success. We have rented villas all over the globe and this house ranks as one of our favorites. It was modern, sleek, well furnished and super clean. Spacious bedrooms, terrific bathrooms and plenty of common areas for everyone to spread out. Being just 10-minutes from the airport was so convenient and we felt as though we didn’t waste any extra time in transit. As great as the house and the location was, it paled in comparison to the staff. The staff at Dreamtime Villa wasn’t only welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves to the peak. Hardly insight but always there to make sure everything was running well; they treated us like family. The two housekeepers, Annety and Joseth kept the house meticulously clean and always had the biggest, warmest smiles on their faces. Valentino was there to make sure we got everything we needed and helped us organize all our activities. Troy was amazing and he kept everything running so smoothly, I don’t even think the ice melted while he was around. And then there was Chef Romaine and the kitchen. The best restaurant on the island was in our home at Dreamtime Villa. We dined out a few times as we traveled the island of Jamaica, but nowhere compared to the meals prepared by the staff at the villa. Awesome breakfasts, terrific lunches, and the most delicious dinners complemented every day that we spent there. Last but not least, our driver Damien really made our road trips epic! He was there to make sure we always had a great time and was happy to share his knowledge of Montego Bay and give us the inside scoop on where to go on the Island. Thank you to the team for everything, as they truly made this trip an experience that we will never forget. Can't wait to come back again next year!!! (The Hottinger Team)

Me and my staff was blown away by the beauty of the grounds and the house. In addition, the staff was outstanding and the chef was incredible. Way, way better then I expected. I will do a verbal review to ANYONE considering to rent the property. one to ten? I give it a 12!

Staff are very helpful and accommodating about every weird request we had. They made us feel like family and like we were home. Would stay here again a million times

Our family vacation could not have been better ! Whispering Waters was lovely and was only surpassed by the wonderful staff ! The food was excellent and they were so entertaining !

It was a good experience doing business with Jamaican Treasures. The process and administration was excellent. An area of improvement is the conceige services. My assigned person was not very helpful finding something for ambled body senior people to do. I was encouraged to go on line and find something to do for myself and pay direct. I also had a problem with the so called one tank of Free gas per weekly van rental. I was forced to buy another tank full of gas since we did use more than one tank, since we mostly stayed at the villa. When I brought this issue to management they did Not reimburse me.

The website was very easy to use and filter to find the ideal villa. Staff additionally went above and beyond when villa was not available for duration of stay. As a result we were able to experience to Villas, which was amazing.

Both Allamanda and Good Hope were beyond expectations, memories of a lifetime.
