Awful Service Euro 2024

Awful Service. Got harassed by the seller via mail telling us he got scammed by them. Called to STUBHUB confirming the seller is still onboard which they verified. Turns out a week before the tickets are unavailable. Customer Service tried to shrug us off with a 15% voucher. Euro Poland vs Netherlands. Avoid at all cost. Warn your friends.

1,200 dollars in the bin

Update - Post reviewing here on Trust pilot Stub Hub contacted me and offered me a full refund. Its good to know they understand my particular predicament and put the customer at the heart of their business. Due to this I will upgrade my experience to 4 stars. Thanks Sarah.
I paid 1,200 dollars for tickets for the Tyson/Paul fight. This was a big trip for my young son and I traveling from Ireland to Texas for the fight. The fight was postponed after we booked our flights and accommodation. When I contacted Stub Hub, they simply stated that the tickets were non refundable unless the fight was cancelled. Even if Tyson is replaced with someone else we will not get our refund. Shame on you Stub Hub

Untrustworthy. Avoid

Do not buy tickets from Stubhub

I bought 2 tickets for the Championship Playoff Final on 26th May at Wembley for €915 each. I am a Leeds supporter and purchased the tickets in the Neutral section. When the electronic tickets arrived 2 days prior to the game, the tickets clearly stated that they were in the Southampton section and stated Leeds supporters trying to enter would be ejected. I contacted Stubhub by telephone and by email immediately on receipt. They said they would investigate and get back to me but have now stop answering. I could not attend the match on account of Stubhub misrepresentation of the nature of the tickets. I wasted over €2,000 after their added on charges to the ticket price.

Stubhub had 2 days to take return of these e tickets and resell them to Southampton supporters but allowed the opportunity to pass. I have been completely cheated. I have screenshots and emails showing these tickets to be Neutral and they failed to mention it was strictly Southampton only.

They say they have 100% guarantee but it is untrue. They have gone completely silent and are putting their heads in the sand. Avoid

ERAS TOUR LISBON

I bought my tickets for Taylor Swift Era’s Tour in Lisbon just a few days before the concert which was on May 25th. I received info by email that the tickets are ready and I should receive them in a third party app if I register there with the same email (which was SEETICKETS). I registered but the tickets weren’t transferring there. I could see them as screenshots on my STUBHUB account but everyone online was saying that the venue ONLY accepts tickets in the third party app - SEETICKETS. This made me very nervous so I reached out to STUBHUB by email and they said I must receive them on the third party app and if I did not I should definitely contact them. This is all happening the night before the concert. The next day I read on Facebook that people from the concert the night before had similar problems with not having their tickets on the third party app and it was a mess at the info desk. I was already picturing myself having to go way earlier in order to sort this all out at the info desk. I decided trying to call STUBHUB which I genuinely thought wouldn’t really lead me to a solution if I’m being honest because I wasn’t expecting such AMAZING customer service. But I was very wrong. I reached them very easily. I explained my problem. Unfortunately since I was calling from Portugal the line was disconnected. I called again and explained again, this second man I spoke with already was informed because the previous person I spoke with made notes on my order about it. So he instantly helped me, he called the seller of the tickets and got me my tickets on the third part app. He didn’t even email the seller - he CALLED HIM. Because he realized how urgent it was, since the concert was the same night. Not only that, but I told him I was scared the line would disconnect again and he promised he’d try to call me back if that happened. I think his name was DIEGO. He was amazing. The line ended up disconnecting while I was waiting for Diego to call the seller. I was so upset that I wouldn’t be able to reach him again because obviously it’s always someone new when you call back. But Diego called me back himself right away. He sent me the tickets. Made sure I checked if they were correct. Like honestly I read so many mixed reviews so I wasn’t sure. But wow the customer service blew me away. They really try to make sure that you get what you payed for and attend the concert. Best experience ever. Will definitely be coming back to stubhub.

EFL Championship final at Wembley

I bought 4 tickets for the EFL Championship final at Wembley. I was nervous at first as I was travelling from Seattle to London for the game, and while I have used Stubhub in the US I had never used or heard of Stubhub International. The experience was great my tickets arrived in plenty of time and the support was prompt whenever I askes questions by phone. We all enjoyed the experience , apart from the result:(

Do NOT purchase from Stub Hub

I purchased Girls Aloud tickets and was informed that they had been electronically transferred to my Stub Hub account. However, when clicking "See tickets" in my account, the page I am sent to is invalid. This happens on the app, the website, and on multiple different browsers.

Customer service do not reply, and they have no interest in resolving the issue. DO NOT purchase tickets with Stub Hub, if things go wrong they do not offer refunds or help in any way.

Buyer info [SOLVED]

My buyer did not provide me with the correct information so I am not able to complete transaction of tickets. Please contact them. I don't want to have to pay because of their end.

The StubHub team reached out to me to solve the issue but fortunately the buyer had already sent the correct information. Even so, I'm glad they reached out to check if everything was okay by phone.

Bad experience

I'm very worry now. I bought arsenal match which will be held tomorrow but now I still haven't received the ticket. They said seller always sent us the ticket but actually NO. And the customer help always said they will get back to us but no news until now.

One of the worst experiences of all…

One of the worst experiences of all time, from the purchases experience standpoint. I was repeated lied to via their customer service which led me to paying for tickets and not being able to use them. I tell everyone I know to never use this sight especially if you are overseas buying for an American event. I can not explain in words how awful my experience has been.

Great service for tickets

Bought tickets for Olivia Rodrigo in London and got them transferred directly into my account 2 weeks before the event without any issues. Had to email customer service (Edgar H helped me) as I thought I had to accept the tickets and got quick response telling me to check my account and sure enough my ticket was already in my account ready to go!

A positive outcome

I have left a negative review last week after a disappointing experience with our Real Madrid versus Barcelona tickets. However I am now leaving a positive review after an extremely positive experience with Sarah from StubHub IE who has rectified the situation for me. I have been reassured that the actions of the seller have been reviewed and the case has been opened and they will be accountable for the errors that occurred. I have also been issued with a generous voucher to enable us to experience the positive side of StubHub, and use this to attend a new event. I received a very long apologetic phone call which I really appreciated, from Sarah, and then this was followed up by an email from her.

Never ever buy from stubhub.ie

Never ever buy from stubhub.ie. They gave me the wrong date for the tickets I bought then switched the dates for the tickets. I was unable to sell the tickets and was out a lot of money.

This is scam

This is scam. We bought tickets for the Chicago cubs on 04/18/2024 and never got them.
They responded in their customer service hotline where we were assured that will send us the tickets. We tried to communicate via live chat and they said the order number is invalid.
Do not trust them. Thankfully we only lost 40 dollars but still DO NOT TRUST them

StubHub went above and beyond to assist…

StubHub went above and beyond to assist me when selling tickets for a football match. Despite some unexpected hurdles on my end regarding ticket delivery, StubHub provided unwavering support from start to finish. Chantelle and Antonio Mars were particularly very helpful, ensuring prompt assistance whenever I needed it. I’m grateful for their time, effort, and assistance. I received my payment promptly, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. Despite seeing negative reviews, I have nothing but positive words for StubHub.
