Great service, quick response

We’ve hired an attorney as we too are victims of their scam. We just traveled from the US to Liverpool to fulfill a lifelong dream and wish for our son to see a Liverpool FC match for them to be told at the gate the tickets were not valid. There were already people in those seats. Our son was in tears. We all were. Their customer service is horrible and they do not care who they scam inclusive of kids. It was devastating and we felt gutted. They have done NOTHING except give us a hard time. They want proof. We have proof and still no regard for stealing over $1,900 of our hard earned money. We have also reported them to the UK Police, our credit card institution and Liverpool FC. Our son walked up to the gates arm and arm with his dad on cloud 9. STAY AWAY!

A completely corrupt Company. Failed to pay me for supplying tickets (I never sent the tickets as they failed on 3 occasions to supply the correct contact details). I then refused to supply anymore tickets until they had paid what they owed. Nearly 5 years later I receive a letter from a Credit Control Company stating that I owe Stubhub £2,700. They don't say why and did not supply any details. I have contacted stubhub via phone and email in excess of 15 occasions since I received said letter, which was in the middle of January, requesting all communications between myself and Stubhub. Despite my complaint / query being escalated I have not had a response from anyone at Stubhub. The service and attitude stinks and I urge anyone who reads this to stay clear.

Update 08/04. Still no response. No confirmation of any communications or escalation process.

UPdate 16/05. Stubhub have now been in touch and awaiting a resolution. This has now taken nearly 5 months. Stubhub also tried to get this review removed for "hurtful" comments. Trustpilot re-instated as the review does not breach Trustpilots standards.

All ok, so easy and secure

AVOID this site. I bought tickets and had to sell them due to a death in my family. Since the original tickets were paper tickets, and StubHub only had a mobile option for selling, I was unable to sell them. There was no mention of not being able to sell the tickets when I bought them. Service reps were not helpful and said that they were sorry that I could not resell them. I am in the process of filing a claim and working with my credit card company to get the money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. It is a scam. 71% of the reviews are 1 star. You don't need to know any more

Beware the use of “hide my email” when purchasing tickets on stub hub international . Had the worst experience. Bought 8 tickets for my wife, son and friends. Spent over 2,000 GBP for England vs Brazil game at Wembley. Stub hubs guarantee didn’t follow through / apply (as per StubHub) as the seller used the Apple ID encrypted relay email. Ends in privaterelay.. at … appleid.com. Even though stub hub was able to converse somehow with us (and emails from them looked to be being sent to us using that random relay at appleid.com address , per stub hub, the seller attempted to email that to us but we never received the tickets. From what we can tell it isn’t a way in which individuals can email each other. StubHub seems to be aware of this issue but claims no responsibility for this critical flaw in their process. Seller got their money. We got no tickets after flying across to England from New York. Stub hub claims the seller claims to have sent the email the day before the game. And after realizing we hadn’t yet received the tickets the seller claimed to be “away from home and didn’t have access to their work email” to email us to a real email address. after attempting to chase this for 6 hours the day of the game. Several times stub hub claimed they had contacted the seller and they would send to us within 30 mins to an hour. Never happened. Above has some non emotional root cause analysis for you to unpack. I hate the fact that we were the expensive guinea pigs for you to try to figure out how to get your act together. Atrocity. especially when this flimsy flaw based on poor design in stub hubs website can invalidate your so called guarantee.

I do not think that I have ever come across such friendly, efficient and helpful customer service. I had purchased tickets and for whatever reason ( beyond the powers of stubHub themselves) the tickets could not be provided last minute. StubHub customer service with the utmost politeness and efficiency made sure that I was guaranteed a full refund almost immediately!!! I highly recommend them for whatever transactions you may want in the future , you are definitely in very, very trustworthy hands!!!

Bought 2 tickets for Real Madrid game Very easy to use, tickets sent within an hour of booking and all fine getting into the ground. Tickets cost more than face value but was expecting this so can't grumble too much

So StubHub international posted that they wanted to follow up more with me here on TrustPilot, but they have not. I sent them my order numbers I sent them the notice I received from Brentford FC and even the Electronic tickets I purchased. Crickets!! Don’t have your experience ruined by purchasing through StubHub International. I am a member of the Liverpool supporters club in Atlanta. Hopefully will snag tickets for next season and the new Liverpool Era. Still gutted for my son who did not get to see Klopp work his magic! DO NOT USE Stub hub International!!’

I am seller of recent event AFC 2023 Cup Qatar.

I am very disappointed with stubhub.ie team because buyers they are claiming tickets were not worked on the gate. While on the other hand they used our tickets, resold to on other platforms and later they claimed refund to stubhub.ie because they knows for this event there is no mobile application and no one can not trace.

Stubhub.ie asking us to submit the proof of entrance, how we can submit that while there is no mobile application and no traceability.

I would like to advise to stubhub.ie please block the scammers buyers on this platform and ask them to submit the proof and do not ask to the sellers.

I tried to contact with them many times but they never response and ignored me.

Had to give a 1 star although 0 more fitting. Ordered tickets for the Asian cup semi final. Received tickets for an event that took place 2 weeks earlier. Finally got an answer from customer service 24 hours later. Games that day. Original tickets delivered, told them too late they said tough if you don’t want them sell them, no refund. Try to sell, IT error on their part they were listed twice. Pointed this out, instead of helping they simply said, tickets were sold and you’re liable. If you can’t supply both parties you’ll be charged a fee of €97. Customer service zero. Their opinion we can make a mistake but you can’t. Avoid at all costs. Better off dealing with ticket touts on a street corner.

Pure scammers, simply don't buy anything from them

I bought a parking pass to a Georgia Bulldogs gymnastics competition and never received the email from the seller providing the ticket. I reached out to stubhub via the customer service chat multiple times begging for help.They kept telling me that the seller would send it but I never got it. I feel scammed. StubHub said that they wont refund me the $48. I will NEVER use them again. They cannot be trusted!!!!

Ordered tickets months ago, was told I’d definitely get tickets in time for the event so booked flights and hotel
Was then told 2 days before the event I wouldn’t receive my tickets
Would not replace my tickets with others just offered a refund with nowhere to go
Hope they can resolve the situation as it’s in 48 hours

TOTAL SCAM - STAY FAR, FAR AWAY
I cannot even share the full story of the total nightmare I had with StubHub International. From the time I bought tickets at the end of May 2023 (until end of October), I was plagued with the most harassing situation ever for six months. Yes, that’s right. Half a year of crying and fighting for what was right. They are a scam company and you should read the several terrible reviews here and know that you need to move it on….like to TicketMaster. All of us taking the time to write these terrible reviews should send a very strong signal that you do not need to do business here. All of us are frustrated, ripped off, unsupported, duped. I pray that you are a wise reader and value how hard you worked for your money. Do not give it to StubHub International. YOU HAVE BEEN DULY WARNED!!!

Bought tickets for Liverpool vs Man United at Anfield. Had used Stubhub before with no problems for NBA games but was very worried after reading the reviews. But, everything was totally fine. Received email from the contact to confirm my phone number about 1 week before the game. Then received the tickets via WhatsApp a few days before the game. I just had to scan the barcode at the entrance. The tickets worked and seats were exactly as described. Yes, it was expensive but I made the decision to buy at that price. And I guess it depends on the seller as to your experience, but for me it was all fine.

I booked a ticket for Arsenal vs Brighton 15 hours before the game and although i couldn’t download the ticket immediately, i called them 3 hours before the game and they sent it to me while i was still on the call

Great customer service, clear communication, and valid tickets. I was worried about the legitimacy of the tickets given the reviews but everything worked out very well. The tickets were delivered before the commitment date and they were valid and at a good price! I hard a hard time finding second hand tickets but was able to scratch off a bucket list item thanks to Stubhub.ie. Attended Brazil Grand Prix Formula 1

This is the worst place to buy tickets, I purchased tickets to see West Ham United game 1 month before game, then receive email 25 hours before the kickoff that "The seller isn't able to deliver your tickets, which means we had to cancel the order. We're sorry this happened." I FLEW TO LONDON TO WATCH THIS GAME AND THE DAY BEFORE SORRY!!!
No ....sorry, we've replaced the tickets in section 104 with something else similar?!? Their 100% Fan Gaurentee IS A JOKE!!! They Gaurentee if you don't get tickets, then you don't have to pay.....Wow, thanks so much for NOTHING Gaurentee!!
Thank goodness I went to the West Ham United store and was able to find AMAZING FRONT ROW SEATS for decent price the night before game and when we woke up the E- tickets were already sent and saved the day!
I sent email and tried to call and no help or support/reply yet!
Find an alternative for sure and avoid at all costs STUBHUB.IE!

Tried to buy tickets, didn't work. Tried 8-10 times. Terrible service, horrible system, everything about this website is a bad sign.
