Apparently 2 days doesn't mean 2 days
I placed an order on a Wednesday night, and paid extra for 2 day delivery. I get an email the next day that says my order has shipped and will arrive on Monday. That is definitely not 2 days.

I purchased a strap a few months back,
The delivery didn’t come because the instructions were not clear enough…
It’s the first time this ever happened to me so I contacted customer service,
I verified that the information about my address was correct.
They said that they would send a new strap as soon as they received the one that was sent.
I contacted them saying I entered everything correctly and was charged so I didn’t see any reason why I should wait.
They said okay in your case we will send a new one right away which was never sent.
I contacted them again and told them to refund me the entire amount and keep their strap.
I will never use this company again.

Screen protectors are the best!
These are the best screen protectors I have found for my Fitbit. I love how you can remove air bubbles well for a sharp, clean view on your watch. Removal is a breeze, ONCE you discover there is a second silicon adhesive that peels off (no alcohol, goo gone, etc. needed). I do wish this had been easy to find on the website, however. Great product.

I like that after a few years I needed a new strap they're durable they hold up and they last a long time Plus on top of that they had a sale buy two get the third free. its what made me buy a new one I'll always keep coming back every time I need a watch strap!!
