Simple ordering process
Simple ordering process, reasonable delivery time. The band matches perfectly, although a pain to install, you didn't design the band attachment system!

I contacted costumer service as my band…
I contacted costumer service as my band didn't fit. They said it was my fault. I ordered of the Garmin page. I returned with return label.
I asked when my refund would land i was told it takes 8 days to process refund. Time for a charge back.hit them where it matters

Our refund process can take up to 8 business days after the return is received and inspected, as explained during the return process. Superb customer experience…
Straps on offers great customer service.. they are quick to respond to emails and do whatever necessary to ensure a great experience. In my case, one of the pins on the clasp was lost and I wrote them to see ifi could get a replacement. Not only did they respond quickly, they sent me a new strap without being asked. They then followed up to see if all was well.. thank you

Inirially, I received no order confirmation email. Then it arrived via email after leaving my initial review. I have spent over $400 in straps and been happy with the quality and comfort of them.

Both times I've ordered straps from you an extra one got added. Could be my fault but your system is slow and difficult to work through with an iPhone. If you can stop or reverse the extra Apple watch band on this order and accept a return on the extra white fkm Band I am being sent by accident on thre previous order I will update this to a more proper review. Has potential but......
Just wanted something new and have had a carbon fibre strap from another brand that was amazing so I thought Id give this one a try. The strap is great but the keepers/loops are terrible. Very thin, flimsy and cheap. the material is not the same as in tyhe strap.One was way too big and loose so the strap end wont stay in it. Very disappointed.
