The ordering process is quick and easy. I had a little trouble navigating the phone app but got through the process to find what I needed. I hope that the items I have on the waitlist come back into stock soon. The buy 2 get 1 free offer is great.

I like the variety
I like the variety! They have quality straps for every occasion! I was disappointed they showed a pale pink strap but I could not order it.

First the good
First the good. Their leather straps with pin buckles are very nice for the money.
The mid. Their sailcloth straps don’t seem any better than what I got from AliExpress yet cost almost double.
The bad. Their $6.99 mystery strap that you can add to your order. Tried this twice The first time I got a strap that to me was worth about $3. The second time I don’t even think it was worth $1. These straps can’t be returned.
Also bad. If you do a return them you not only don’t get reimbursed for your shipping you have to pay to ship it back to them.
My overall experience. Pin buckle straps fine. Some over priced. Mystery Strap deal a total ripoff. Returns are easy but you’ll lose on shipping. Overall experience mid. As a result of my experience with their mystery strap deal I’ve asked them to remove me from their email list and won’t use them in the future.

Fun, Quality Affordable Watch Bands
I purchased my first set of bands in 2024 when i had just got my Garmin Forerunner 955. I was worried about how secure the QuickFit feature would be and its been amazing. I dont even know where the original band is for my watch is anymore. I swap out my straps depending on what i wear! Yes i am that guy! and i just ordered another set of colors! Great Price, Great Quality

Excellent selection and ease to order
You have the straps that I wanted. It was easy to order. You also sent me an email regarding a credit I had that was expiring. I also know that based on past experience if anything is wrong it will be corrected quickly!

This is a solid company with good products. But here is what really boosted their rating for me... the reminded me about an expiring credit that I had forgotten about. Who does that? In any event, I was able to buy another wrist band.

Fitbit Versa 2 sport band
Fitbit Versa 2 sport band material and design appears to be durable and not produce contact skin rash. Spring bar/clip durability is questionable. Spring bar/clip spare/replacement not included with original purchase in event of spring bar/ clip breakage.
