I placed an order since the 6 september. I never received my delivery. I chat with them past 10 days almost every day wasting my time. They take all the details and then leave the chat. Another one join the chat and the same thing again. I requested a refund but it has not been processed yet

I've purchased many items over the year's from LFC store and haven't had an issue. However on Saturday I decided to order myself a football shirt £69.99 plus add JFT 97 taking the total to £80 unfortunately I made a mistake and put JTF once I realised my mistake I tried contacting them which isn't easy to amend my order I ended up emailing via two different methods this I did just four hours after submitting my order but to no avail my shirt arrived today with my mistake! OK it's my fault but surely someone picked up my email! But obviously not! I also ordered a large which is a 16/18 I usually wear 14/16 so thought the shirt would be a bit lose but I'm ok with that I was wrong it's so small my 7yr old granddaghter could wear it but because I was stupid enough to have it printed I can't return it even though the sizing is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE I ordered a product from them to make a gift I paid for delivery the next day the courier did not come although he lied that he came but I can prove with the security cameras the third day from leaving the package to a neighbor and income only left his card in the mailbox and we were four people at home did not even use the ring bell after which I contacted the store and said I want to return because I no longer need it because it was not delivered the next day and it was supposed to be a gift for a birthday they returned my money on the product But the money for shipping not as if it was my fault
Perfect transaction
Ordered a kids home kit & keeper kit & was able to get free delivery & a discount with my Bluelight card. Site is easy to navigate. I ordered the evening of 13/6 & received today 15/6 via DPD who kept me informed of the delivery status. No issues, kits packed well on the kit hangers & kids love them. Cannot complain about the service, 10/10

I have just contacted LFC regarding an order I placed for delivery on 8th June. I have tracked my order with DPD and they say they have been given details of the order but have not received the actual parcel from the supplier. In my live chat with Lianne she told me that she could not track my order for five days and refused to refund it. She ended by signing off the chat even though she must have been able to see me typing a reply. Very poor customer service.
Fixed my problem without any issues
Having ordered many many items from the club store I know that sometimes delivery can be slow however, this has gotten consistently better over the past 12-18 months.
Most recently I ordered a childs kit with printing for a birthday present and within an hour of it being worn the name & number were peeling off. Within 10 minutes of being on live chat I'd been given return details, timescales and a genuine apology.
We all make mistakes but they don't define us, our reactions to them do and Liverpool's online shop could not have handled the situation any better. Thoroughly impressed.
2 months later, still waiting for a refund
Placed an order on 25th February which didn't arrive. Queried this and was told that the items had been delivered and to check they hadn't been left in a safe place, and to call back 1 week later. Called back, after first checking the Hermes website, which clearly stated the items were missing. Was told by Stef they would re-process the order. They didn't. Rang again, was told by another person (Lianne) that the items were all still definitely in stock and she would re-process the order. She said she would let me know if any items were no longer available. I heard nothing. Contacted them again, was told every item was now out of stock and they would process a refund. Have been in touch twice since then, but still no refund. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

I cancelled an order 3-4 weeks ago and was told a refund would be processed within 5-7 days but after chasing twice I just keep getting told to wait another 5-7 days. It’s shocking customer service, no one seems to know what there doing or want to help me. Won’t be ordering from this website again and will be contacting my bank for the refund which I keep getting promised but never gets processed. Makes me wonder how many other people they say this to who don’t check there account. Basically theft.

Ordered a shirt that ended up being to small but they will not accepted it back due to having a player name on it. So £70 down and a shirt that is to small. Absolutely disgusting
Told things several times that were later contradicted
I ordered 2 shirts on 28th Nov as a Xmas present.
Not arrived by 16th Dec and so I had an online chat with them and told that they must have been 'lost in the post', but the order had been raised again.
Not arrived by 20th Dec and so had a 2nd online chat; no explanation but the order raised again with 'priority' to arrive by 23rd Dec.
Not arrived by 23rd Dec so 3rd online chat; told that I should not have been told 'arrive by 23rd as the Xmas deadline had passed'. Also told that the order could not be cancelled as it had been processed at the warehouse. I then went to an LFC store in Liverpool and purchased items.
Original items still not arrived by 4th Jan so 4th online chat; I asked that the order be cancelled and my card refunded and that was done, despite being told earlier that it was not possible.
Order now in 2020 in time for Xmas 2021 or you will be disappointed!!!!!
Made an order for a hoody and diary on 25th November 2020 and received an email promising delivery within 7 days. Received nothing and emailed twice before receiving confirmation on 14th December that the items had been lost by the courier . The items were a xmas present. Received a further email stating the courier will let me know by 23rd december if they can find it!!!. Requested the order was resent on the 14th December so that it could be received in time for xmas. On the 20th December received an email stating the item would be resent. Heard nothing until 24th December. So contacted them again to be told it hadn't yet been sent!!!! Then received an email at 2pm on xmas eve to state the item had just been despatched. Never buying from this site again, really poor customer service!! Would be embarrassed to represent this store! Wrapped up the live customer chat page listing all the failings as a gift for the huge liverpool fan!
Rubbish web site and customer service
Spent a long time on web site trying to arrange delivery to another address, which is not as easy as it sounds compared to well run sites. Thought it was all sorted but no. Confirmation still came up as my address. It was a sizable order. Tried to contact customer service but no one answers. Tried email links but it is only generic answers to questions. I want to change a flipping address simple with many companies

Ordered something on 27th November for a birthday on 17th December...feel like that's ample enough notice. 2 weeks after receiving no updates on my order I chased them to find out where it was. I was told they were going to "check it was in stock". Surely they should've done this when it was ordered? I was told "it'll be in stock tomorrow and dispatched then, you'll receive an email tomorrow confirming this". I didnt receive said email so I contacted again to cancel it as I was reluctant to believe it would turn up on time now. They then email me 2 days later saying they've had to cancel the order as its not in stock! Firstly, how can they take money from people and then just hope the item is going to be in stock within a couple of weeks?? And to not contact me to inform me of this until I chased them? Theyve since explained it had quality control issues...ok so is it quality control or is it out of stock? The item is STILL IN STOCK on their website?! Excuse after excuse and now waiting another week for the refund...

I bought a junior large shirt (age12-13) for my daughter (aged 12). It arrived promptly enough but the size is ok for an 8 year old. Because I had the shirt customised I cannot return it. Having spent £65 I expect better. My advice is to by 4 from ebay for the same money, at least you don't feel robbed.
