The process online was easy. The unit and facility itself are clean and easily accessible. The staff were very helpful. The only issue is that you are not able to access the unit 24/7.

More than we could have hoped for.
From the initial research online to the liaising with the Grey Lynn Staff, the whole procedure was faultless. They even allowed us to use their Van/truck to transport our storage items and the support equipment made the whole transition a breeze.

The level of service i recieved was outstanding, they were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure i was satisfied with my selection of unit and made the move beyond easy with the use of the van. i cant thank them enough.

Fantastic service, friendly staff and well priced. Chris has been so prompt with replying to all of our emails and accommodating our requests. It’s quite rare these days to find such great customer service!! Will definitely be recommending to others.

Great service, reasonable pricing, clear and concise communication from staff, excellent, clean and organised facility with appropriate hygiene measures in place. Lots of trolleys for transporting mattresses and other big items too. Exceeded my high expectations.

On the whole the facility is very clean, the staff are responsive and give good advice, the only downside is the older lady who seems to be the overall manager, she has a rather abrupt style bordering on being rude and if possible I try and avoid her. Over all I am very happy and happy to store at Storage King

After booking our quarter garage for excess office items, we quickly realised we'd need to upgrade to a half garage. The team at Storage King were able to put this into effect immediately with no fuss at all. Great service, made everything easy and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
