In all honesty the latest interaction with storage king I wouldn't recommend. Buisness are getting more greedy and treating customers like they are irrelevant and putting prices up when it's already a struggling economy and don't get back to the customers. Bad communication and I would look else where for storage before looking at storage king in all honesty.

It is easy to load items into the unit and it has been nice to deal with customer service and they have been polite and helpful

Staff were very helpful on site. However, having head office off shore made changing the moving in date difficult with time zone differences. It would havd been so much easier if the staff on site were able to change the date by one day as the deposit and balance had already been paid.

The customer service is realy good and all staff are kind and helpfull people.

Staff very helpful when I was remiss in setting up code for entrance and Movers were waiting at gate, no staff on site but staff helped set up code remotely! All good after that.

We did view a unit before hand to see what size we needed and once we had done that the rest was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful .
