Brother PR 680W Machine
Before I placed an order for a Brother PR series, I was given the chance to go and see the item, where I was met by Dan in a lovely unit in Blackwood. Dan showed me how it worked and gave some excellent advice. It was really nice to see the item before I bought, as its a big investment. Overall the service and advise was fantastic.

Machine Service & Upgrade
As well as recently having a new machine from Stocks I also asked the team to perform some service & upgrades on one of my older machines.
Everything was done in amazing time to minimise my downtime on a machine and done extremely well. The machine is now running great and I have complete peace of mind that should I need anything else the team at Stocks have my back.
The engineers I've worked with are friendly, down to earth and extremely knowledgable. They are always happy to explain things and get you up and running. Definitely pleased I bought ZSK & definitely pleased STOCKS are who I am dealing with.

I'm sorry that you have not yet received your full order at the time the Trustpilot review requests have been sent out.
Our review requests are automated after a specific time period of the order being placed, which usually allows us to process and dispatch orders within the time frame.
Our automated email does state "you may have received this review invitation before the arrival of your package or service. In this case, you are welcome to wait with writing your review until your package or service arrives."

Dropped machine off before lunch and…
Dropped machine off before lunch and said we could call back if done in time. Asked engineer if he could ring us when it was done. He asked for our number and said he was starting it straight away. We didn't get a call but got an email with the invoice late that afternoon. Didn't have time to call until the week after even though it was done mid afternoon. Apart from that it was fine

Sorry to hear that you aren't fully satisfied with the services we provided you.
Once a service has been completed, the information is passed from the engineer to the office, who then finalise the job and contact the customer regarding charges and when the machine will be ready for collection or dispatch. Our engineers do not usually discuss the job directly with the customer as they do not have all information to hand. Should a customer request to speak to the engineer regarding the works carried out, this is arranged through the office.
Our system does show that a phone call was made to you without any answer prior to the invoice being sent via email. When we are unable to reach the customer via phone, the invoice is automatically generated and issued via email. We then await customer response.

Simply the best
Stocks have been supplying and supporting us as we have grown for a number of years now. So when it was time to move to our new larger premises we needed Paul to safely transport our machines. As always, the efficiency and precision with which Paul works is simply the best. We look forward to ordering more machines soon!
