Robert (Bob) Byers, was excellent. My 1st Aid qualification lapsed some years ago and this was an entirely new format to me. However Bob delivered a course that had perfect tempo, and a great balance of information and humour. He drew on his considerable experience to make the training more relatable. The Annual refresher is listed as free and the 3 year renewal sounds good too. A provider you can trust. Highly recommended.

Our company sent 3 of us on the one day First Aid Course in Wimbledon . The venue was great , with facilities for tea , coffee , taking a break etc . The highlight was definitely our trainers Lydia Haughey & Lewis Smith who helped to make it fun but were extremely knowledgeable ,informative , approachable and enthusiastic . Cannot recommend this enough .

I have had many training courses with St. John Ambulance over the years however my latest course in Farnham far out weighed any I have done before due to our excellent trainer Holly Probert. She delivered the course with humour and her training techniques were multi dimensional. I cannot recommend this trainer and venue highly enough .Thank you Holly for an exceptional 3 day course!

Finished my three day first aid course today with Emma N-W at Watford. I was sad to say goodbye to everyone at the end of 3 very informative fun filled days. Learnt alot

First aid training with Rossann in Blackpool was ace! She kept everyone engaged, got to know everyone in a familiar way and we were all able to have a laugh! Did not feel like old classroom style teaching with Rossann at all!

Superb day with Bernie in High Wycombe on a First Aid Course for the workplace! 8 of us in our office all feel a lot more comfortable to deal with unforeseen issues, we hope we never have to use the skills developed today but it’s good to know they are there ready!

I had an emergency first aid course today in Chelmsford run by Bob who was very engaging and informative. I have left the course feeling very confident.

I attended First Aid Training on the 26/4/23 and the training was done by a Linda Jamson who made the while couple of hours fly by with informative information, reminders (for those of us who had forgotten) and basically it was certainly one of the best courses that I have been on.

Did my first ever “first aid in the workplace” course in Eastbourne with Larraine. I learnt loads and really enjoyed it too. My trainer was fun, approachable, enthusiastic about her subject and even though she must repeat the same things week in week out I absolutely didn’t get that impression because she treated our group as unique, learned all our names and put us at ease. I feel like I understand a lot of new things about the body I didn’t know before. Thank you Larraine!

I attended the first aid at work training today, held by Selisha H P.
The training was first class, informative and very easy to understand.
Each module was explained, discussed and every candidate demonstrated hands on.
I feel confident that should an incident arise i will have the knowledge to act responsibly.
I would recommend the one day course to anyone wanting an understanding of basic first aid.

This is my 3rd training session with St John’s ambulance and Lydia in Putney was most definitely the best trainer I’ve had . She made it fun with her humour , whilst I found myself retaining more critical information and feeling like I could help in an emergency situation . Good to have a small group I think , and a little less role play . Far more practical.

Excellent course content, very important skills, and our trainer Lydia Haughey was brilliant, made the training interesting, related to real life events, and prepared us for using the knowledge and helping out... loved it thank you Lydia <3

undertook my AED update training in Chelmsford with Trainer Bob. A great session and fully recommend everyone undertaking this course especially with Bob who was a great trainer and made the course interesting and easy.

Lydia Haughey was amazing. Interactive, passionate funny and a great tutor for this training, an amazing ambassador for st John's first aid training team and a fantastic teacher. A1

Just finished a 3 day course in Kingston, my employer sent me there, was a bit nervous about it, but lydia haugheys approach to it soon put me at ease, Lydia's knowledge of the subject was immense and kept the course interesting, l looked forward to attending everyday, Thankyou lydia.

Really enjoyable 3 day course taken by Bob Byers at Colchester. He made it fun whilst being very informative and having had plenty of 1st hand experience he was able to pass on some of his knowledge to us .

Day one with both trainers was well organised and well delivered . Good subject knowledge from these ladies starting off on their careers as trainers.
Day two with Rachael and her voice just holding out helped us achieve our goal to pass . Highly recommended 10/10 Well done

I had a refresher course with Linda Chippingdale in Leeds for 2 days this week and thoroughly enjoyed it! She was so welcoming and informative and made me feel so comfortable for the two days I was there! It almost didn't even feel like I was being tested etc as she made it fun!

Just done a great first aid3 day course with colchester St John’s Bob Byers was the trainer. Great delivery and very knowledgeable.

This was was a refresher course ( after 3 years). It was better than the previous one. Lydia Haughey not only showed us everything we needed to know but shared lots of stories from her own personal experience (with the SJA service) with us. It was very good enlightening and enjoyable. I learned a lot.
