Enrolled on course via work - had a brilliant trainer called Rob, very professional and time efficient! Covered so many different aspects and kept our interest going whole day. Would highly recommend using St John’s for first aid they are definitely the best.

My wife enrolled with the blended online course , it said to be an 8 hour course she had to answer 18 sets of questions and each set took 5 hrs before unfreezing , she couldn't make it to the live course cause she couldn't complete it they said two other people finished it so we're keeping your money , there was no one to talk to on the weekend they said she should have started earlier . These people will rip you off with a smile

The trainer at Wynnum Leagues club said to me ‘you did really badly’ which was obvious as I wasn’t breathing into the dummy’s mouth hard enough for CPR, however don’t say it just before an assessment, my mind was altered for the rest of the course, tell me at the end. I have had trainers with a bit of humour to make the course less stressful.

3 day first aid corse with Bob he was amazing fully full of good stories but also very good at teaching and coaching people through the first aid corse if given the opportunity in 3 years would 100% like Bob again amazing guy and trainer

I suggest not booking your course with them. I accidentally booked the wrong course that cost me $180. They would not return my money, wanted to charge me a transfer fee to get into the proper class and they wanted to charge me another $100 for that class. I lost that $180 and refused to ever use SJA for any certifications again. Many others have had similar issues with them. There are lots of other places that do certs and they are not over priced, nor with they rob you.

I'm a nurse and am required to have these certs so we can continue to provide care for the community. First aid and cpr training should be free. Considering what we do for for people on a daily basis, it's a shame to be treated that way

First Aid at Work - Ealing
My three-day first aid training at Ealing was a great experience, thanks to J. fantastic and engaging teaching style. I highly recommend both the course and the trainer. J's presentation was not only stylish and excellent but also informative and supportive. His expertise was evident in the way he shared his knowledge, instructing us and encouraging our active participation. This journey of learning essential skills has left me feeling confident in performing first aid at work.

Had a great experience at the Kingston venue whilst completing the three day first aid training. Rory was fantastic, he made the course very engaging and a pleasurable experience, highly recommend the course / trainer.

Completed my FAW course on 26/4 at the Warrington branch, it was presented in a balanced informative manner by the knowledgable Debbie Raynor who encouraged all participants to be engaged in the course

Just completed a 2 day Mental Health First Aider course delivered by Rob Gue MBE. at my work place in Taunton. Highly recommended as Rob's style was very easy going, no question was left unanswered and I came away with a good level of confidence that I can now recognise the symptoms and signpost to the relevant help available. Loads of additional information was also made available to all of us on the course. Many thanks Rob. 👍

I had a brilliant few days learning to do first aid at work by Stewart in Redhill. Initially I was apprehensive about the responsibility, but now I'm so pleased that I have the skills and knowledge to help someone in need. The course was varied with different activities such as quizzes, crosswords, roleplay, presentations and discussions which kept it interesting throughout. Hearing Stewart's and other people in the classes experience of life threatening situations they had been in, was inspiring and made me realise how important first aid truly is!

Having passed my 3 day FAW I was over the moon. I needed this to carry on working as a freelance trainer. The delivery and contents were amazing. However the after sales are a different matter. 3 week after the course I had to contact them to ask about my certificate. I was told it had been sent to a separate company and I would have to re apply to get my certificate. After questioning this it then turned out to be a "Computer Error". It took me a 45 minute phone call and had to demand to speak to a manager to get it sorted.

I have just finished a 3 day First Aid at work course in Putney. Lydia H was my instructor and she was absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge was top notch, she made the training fun and was an all round lovely person. I found the whole three days really engaging and have taken a lot away from the course. I would highly recommend her as a trainer to have. Thank you Lydia!

I was lucky enough to attend a one day first aid at work course in Manchester, delivered by Sarah Blood. She was fantastic and made the day so engaging.

Had a three day first aid at work course with Stacey (Bradford Dec 19th-21st 2023). Fantastic course and Stacey was knowledgeable and we had some great interactions.

Placed a large online order for medical supplies and got the confirmation email, waited well over the expected delivery date and nothing. Contacted customer service and they say the order had failed on their end and was never placed! No communication from them at all about the failed order. Terrible service.
