I recently purchased a sofa and on 2 occasions prior to buying I dealt with Amy Ireland who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient while I asked questions and compared options. Excellent customer experience
Visited garden centre at Sterling Tillicoultry and was assisted by sales lady Sharon who was extremely helpful, answering questions and measuring sizes.
Sharon was very patient and nothing was too much trouble.
As we were unsure on our sizes, she sent us a quote with details that we could access later at our convenience.
Once home, I had several follow up questions and called the garden centre a number of times. Every time, Sharon called me back and went out her way to find out answers to my questions.
The follow up for process from her has also been very pleasing.
This experience has left a favourable impression.
Sterling this is excellent customer service that you should be proud.
