I have had an amazing 6 days on the Employability Course with Emily Bunu. Emily has been a real inspiration and I really admire how she handles the course, She has been very supportive and patient throughout the course. The course has been very beneficial and will be useful knowledge for my career.

Great experience all round!

It was a very lovely two weeks. My group was quite interactive and we had a lot of great conversations. Learnt a lot, not only from the training, but also from the interactions we had. We simply had the best tutor possible! Andrew was amazing! He was patient and always willing to help. His communication was clear and he often provided very relatable examples. This was a great training. I'm glad I completed it.

Enriching experience

It was truly an enriching experience. I really enjoyed doing all the assignments. The group discussions were fun. I would like to specially thank Andrew for being a wonderful teacher. He brought the required motivation and positivity to the class which helped all of us to stay optimistic about our careers.

Came into the college

Came into the college, met with a variety of Young People and has really supported them find a work experience in an industry they want to work in.

I really enjoyed it

I really liked the teacher because she was there to help us with the work, and always gave us the recourses to help us in the work. I also gained experience and also gained the skills necessary about customer service.

Successful placement into an apprenticeship

John Whitehouse has been an excellent…

John Whitehouse has been an excellent instructor and has boosted my confidence a great deal. I have had the opportunity to learn so much through this insightful course and because of this amazing training I have managed to land a decent job within three weeks of finishing the program. My learning experience with StepAhead

I completed level 1 employability skills and level 2 customer service excellence course with StepAhead. My trainer for the courses was Amos Fanimo. It was one of my favourite subjects taught with loads of passion and patience by Amos. Have a good understanding of all the important aspects of excellence in customer service. Great overall learning experience, thanks to Amos and StepAhead team.

Customer service and level 1 employability skills with Step Ahead. Amos Fanimo is a great teacher. I learned so much on this course about customer service. Amos gave brilliant feedback every step of the way. It was a pleasure to be in his class. I would highly recommend doing this course.

Importance of step Ahead Training

I did 2 courses, Level 2. Customer service and Level 1 Employability with step Ahead. I had a great experience throughout these courses. I had learnt how to write a great resume letter and a cover letter with the help of My Tutor Amos. I highly recommend him to other student since he was a Professional Tutor.

I did two course Level 1 Employability Skills and Level 2 Customer Service Excellence with Step Ahead. My tutor was Amos Fanimo. An excellent opportunity,
I did 2 courses, level1 and 2.
Customer Service and Employability with Step Ahead.
I had a great experience through this courses. I learned a lot and I feel more confident after this course. The tutor Mr. Amos was clear and calm with us and he used simple and good examples which help us trough the course. Mr. Amos is so professional and I highly recommended training with him.

Customer service and employability course

I did the customer service and employability courses with Amos Fanimo as the tutor. My goal was to gain a better understanding of customer service, and learn about things that can make getting a job easier. It was wonderful to have discussions with Amos leading them, making sure that everyone was contributing and on the same page. I have reached my goals and will use my skills to secure a job.

Andrew Mongi is an amazing teacher i think his teaching methods are excellent they way he breaks questions down and explains them is greas he will take the time and make sure you understand the questions before moving one Andrew is also very easy to communicate with and is very understanding i highly recommend Andrew in this corse.
