spent weeks learning and doing work online which took up a lot of time and then. I kept on asking them to mark my work and nothing happened then after more than three months after the course when no longer in the class setting they want me to re do parts again or i wont get my satisficate. VERY DISAPPOINTED
I found this course very helpful and informative. It improved my understanding of personal development, goal setting, and employability skills.
Emilly was very supportive and explained everything clearly. She made sure everyone understood the tasks and was always available to help when needed. Her feedback helped me improve my work and stay on track throughout the course.

Sukhy slayed my course. She's so down to earth, easy to talk to and extremely welcoming, understanding and accommodating.
The idea of a live course and online discussions were extremely daunting for me, however, by the end of it, the course had boosted my confidence by a milestone, gave me a routine to look forward to, and even provided me with useful recruitment opportunities! I would highly recommend the course- it's short, the participants and tutors are fun and easy to get along with, and you certainly learn a lot. Thank you SukhyDuky!!!

I completed an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality and NCFE Level 1 Personal and Social Development Certificate. I highly recommend these courses. They helped me refresh my understanding of different skills. Emily Bunu is outstanding

I had a great time on this course with Step Ahead. I thought the time I spent with Emily was enjoyable. It was an online learning programme with lots of discussion and resources to help complete the assignments. The course went a good spend and all the topics are useful in today working world. It truly has been a life changing experience for me, as it has given me the opportunity to compete in the job market. The course was only 2 weeks long so I was able to fit it around my other commitments. What made all the difference was the tutor. Emily is an exceptional tutor and has the patience and dedication to teach a class. I can see that she gets great satisfaction from bringing the best out of her students and helping them to reach their full potential. I really was stuck in life, as I want to change career direction and work from home. But now I feel that my dream is within my reach. Many thanks Emily!
