Mark's whelping box is absolutely fantastic asked for a particular size which Mark made with with no hassle and it was delivered in double quick time. I got my arch yesterday so it’s not installed yet but by just taking delivery from mark it’s clear that the build quality is exceptional & is very heavy duty which I’m sure will take the test of time in the garden, just measure your gap & the arch will be custom made for you, I had photos of mine before delivery made to the exact mm I asked for. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him for your arch but beware! You won’t be getting the mass produced crap you see at your garden centre’s.

I contacted Mark as I needed the door on the short end of my bespoke dog crate , Mark replied really quickly and my purchase was made and delivered in person and in record time. I’m really pleased with the finish on the crate and I’m looking forward to painting it up to my desired colour.

We messaged Mark about an urgent whelping box needed for our cockapoo, we’d left it late and needed it within a few days. Mark got back to our questions immediately and after ordering he speedily made the item for us getting up early the next day to do it for us and posting that day. We have now had 3 pens built by this company and have recommended them to our breeder friends. Our range goes from a giant 5ftx4ft to a tiny 20x20 inches. We have used the boxes on numerous occasions,and they stand up well to a really hard scrubbing and bleaching before and after being stored in our shed. Instructions are fool proof and although the giant pen can be built by one person it is easier by far with two people,the smaller boxes are easily built by one person. We love that we can disassemble the pen to take up much less storage space after use. We breed Mastiffs,Spaniels and the new box is for a tiny terrier. Bespoke sizes are never a problem,turnaround from ordering is really quick and shipping is great with parcelforce. We cannot speak highly enough of his work,just superb!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I had a quick response to my inquiry to make a bespoke guinea pig pen. I was given a price and estimated time of delivery. The item was then delivered personally as it was very big and assembled in my home. I had an extra request which was happily carried out. Mark is a very amiable man who is more than willing to meet your exact requirements and is very easy to talk to.

I'm so happy with my custom dog crate. It fits perfectly into an otherwise unused nook of the house. Mark communicated with me throughout the process, and delivered the crate in person, fitting together the last piece when he arrived. Mark built an indoor crate for me to exactly the requirements I needed, nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent throughout the transition. All measurements were confirmed via picture message before he started work. He double-checked throughout and delivered my crate ready made. The craftsmanship is excellent, sturdy, and very reasonably priced for the standard of work. I would give Mark 10 out of 10 he runs a great business.

I purchased a 30” x 30” x18” whelping station from Mark and it was delivered in 5 days. It came in a well packaged flat pack. It was extremely east to put together by one person. It is of extremely high quality wood and looks amazing. Mark’s communication before and during delivery was excellent! Just waiting for the French bulldog puppies to be delivered now! An amazing product and highly recommended!
