This is the third time I’ve used Beatrix Home and once again I’ve been really impressed with the service.

This time I had a leak coming from pipework above the ceiling. The team quickly identified the problem as a failed fitting on the soil stack, replaced it with a more robust fitting, replaced the affected section of waste pipe and tested everything for leaks before finishing up. They explained what they had found and the work carried out, and left everything tidy afterwards.

The lads were friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I also had a small query about the invoice afterwards, which Charlotte checked straight away and resolved quickly and professionally.

Great workmanship and customer service from start to finish. After using Beatrix Home three times now and having a positive experience each time, I’d happily recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Beatrix recently renovated and totally transformed my old bathroom. They have been a pleasure to work with. The project was coordinated by Tom and the communication was excellent- I was fully informed of the plan throughout and helped when any issues arose. Luke, Tommy, Justin the tiler and the rest of the bathroom fitting team were fantastic- always friendly and polite, professional and very skilled at their job. I am so pleased with the high standard of the work and would highly recommend Beatrix for any bathroom renovation or indeed any plumbing issues! Many thanks to Tom and his excellent team.

I highly recommend Beatrix Home. Jack Mansfield did our boiler service. Then we had him back to replace a garden tap and move a toilet overflow pipe that involved drilling through the wall. Jack did a great job and cleaned up after and is a lovely man.

Beatrix Home came out to replace a leaking kitchen tap, freeing up several seized stopcocks in the process. They - Jack - turned up on time, did the work well, & charged very reasonably (also submitting a prompt & modest quote for some other work I mentioned). I’m very happy with their work, & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

As the existing pipe work was not accessible I needed some work done to enable a new dishwasher to be plumbed in. The supplier had not been able to do this so I turned to Beatrix Home As on previous occasions they were efficient and reliable, doing the work promptly at a fair price. They showed my property absolute respect when they came to service my boiler: shoes off at the front door without me asking and absolutely no mess made in the process. Needed a couple of jobs done in our bathroom, both jobs carried out to a very high standard. Nothing to much trouble, good communication, everything tidied up afterwards, would highly recommend.

Previous builders had left us with non-working shower just needing a small fix. Beatrix arrived within the hour and solved the problem with minimal fuss and expense. If only we had asked them to install the bathroom in the first place....

We’ve used Beatrix on a few occasions now - one of them being a full bathroom renovation. Brilliant service, the team are so skilled. There was clear communication from the initial booking all the way throughout the renovation process - Tom and Keir were transparent with costs and guidance. The finished product looks fantastic. Always trusted to work to a high standard and super friendly

Beatrix supplied and installed our boiler a year ago. Its first annual service came up this March 2026 and Chloe dropped us an email that it's due its annual service. As we have always used them before many times for other jobs because they are reliable and honest, it was a no brainer to have them carry out the service. Jack, who fitted the boiler, came out on time, serviced the boiler efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use them for future work.
