I stumbled across this company on a selling site but decided to contact them direct as I wanted a size that wasn’t listed. I got a reply quote very quickly for my dog crate and agreed the price. Wanting to support a small business I paid up front but naturally was a little worried. I needn’t of been, my money was in safe hands. Mark has been absolutely amazing and very professional. Keeping me updated and sending progress pictures along the way. He delivered the crate himself on Sunday morning. I have to say not only is he one of the nicest men I have had the fortune of meeting but the dog crate far exceeded my expectations. It is so well made, with care and attention to detail. It fits perfectly in my hall, very stylish and not obtrusive. My Frenchie absolutely loves it which makes me a very happy owner. I can not endorse this company enough and would highly recommend dealing with Mark direct. First class service, first class product.

Mark built a giant crate for my giant dog and it was perfect!
From discussing options to progress photos, we were kept well informed and got a crate exactly as we wanted and the dog loves his new place.
Mark also assembled it on site very quickly after personally delivering it!
We will certainly be using him again for any future requirements.

The whelping box arrived a day early is excellently made and easily assembled with all parts clearly identifiable and position marked. Mark kept in touch throughout. It shows that he is rightly proud of his products.

Absolutely over the moon with my dogs new crate, he’s a big dog so I found it difficult getting a suitable crate as they can look quite imposing but this one is lovely and so well made, the wood has been left untreated so I can paint it white to fit with my furniture which is a huge bonus. Mark kept me up to date with his progress when making the crate and was very responsive to questions I had, he delivered it this morning and built it for me, a very pleasant man to deal with and I would definitely use his business again and will be recommending to friends and family.

I ordered a garden arch and gate from Mark and couldnt be more happy with the excellent service.
After i changed my mind about the design of gate 3 times Mark was understanding and the communication was second to none.
I was sent a photograph of the finished product prior to making delivery arrangements. The arch and gate was personally delivered and arrived on the exact pre-arranged time.
I couldnt be more pleased with the craftmanship and the sturdiness of the product compared to arches in garden centre, which are flimsy and charge the earth.
Mark was so helpful and gave advise on how to errect this quality product.

After ordering a welping pen on eBay I realised that the delivery date was too late. I phoned Mark and explained the situation. He was Fantastic. He said I'll make it and bring it Monday. Wow. Quality of the box is excellent and it was super easy to assemble as instructions were perfectly clear.

I contacted Mark to ask about making a more customised size of crate, he obliged with detailed and prompt communication. Upon receipt I varnished the wood and painted the top inlaid piece of wood in White. The finish on the wood is so beautiful and the crates were so easy to put together. I’m very happy with them and the dogs seem to like them too.

This is the second time ordering a whelping box from mark. His work is the best I’ve seen and would never go anywhere else. He is amazing at what he does. I needed a whelping box fast and emailed mark. His response was almost instant and he made me one and shipped it all within 24 hours. I have never received such impeccable customer service. Really, really happy with my Garden arch and Gate. I needed something bespoke and a little different from the gates that I found in the shops and Garden Centres. I found Mark online, sent an e.mail and he responded within the hour.
Marks prices are very competitive and his standard of work is amazing. Sadly, he caught Covid and there was a slight delay on delivery but this wasn't a problem because he kept me posted throughout.
If you are worried about ordering from an Online retailer and have concerns about Mark, please don't. Mark is genuine, his work is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble.
