Staples Lied & Then Charged Me Twice for a Cancelled Order
I ordered a printer from Staples because associate said I was getting 2 months of free tech service. Minutes later I received an email receipt and they charged me for the "free" tech service. I cancelled the order and immediately received an email confirming cancellation. The next day, Staples charged me TWICE for the cancelled printer totaling $468.58 and both charges posted the following day. Staples froze $468.58 of my own money which I could not use to pay my bills. Seven days later I received one credit and they still owe me $234.29. This is fraud.

I had a horrible experience of ordering from Staples.com online. I placed the order over an weekend and hoped that I would get the delivery in the middle of next week when to my utter disappointed the items didn't arrive throughout the week and by the time of writing this review I am still waiting for the delivery. Their customer service department is non existant as I had to stay on the phone lne for hours before geiing hold of them and then also they were unable to provide any meaningful help or to be able to expediate the delivery process. Never again from this disgusting company.
coming in to complain leaving a compliment
I was actually coming in to speak with a manager about my invoices that I had ordered from the printing dept. It was placed wrong. I was more mad about when receiving the invoices. They usually come wrapped in plastic you can see your prints. This time it was different they were opened and had a piece of cardboard on top and bottom. The invoice I wanted ordered was on top. I assumed that's what both pkgs were. Nooooo. I was more upset because no one took responsibility. Anyways so its a 1 in printing dept. But 5 stars with the manager kenna who handled my complaint. She belived,listened,apologized ,satisfied and thanked me. Thank you Kenna great customer service. I just want my experience to be shared with the team in printing.
John saves the day!
I went into the Orem Utah Staples Print shop yesterday dejected. I was tasked with making business cards for African dignitaries who would be meeting the governor the next day. I had been to 3 print shops before staples and had been told it would take at least 1 day which would be too late. When I entered John, a kind, knowledgeable young man, greeted me with a smile and a solution. Not only did the cards turn out beautifully but John did it in an hour and a half. He also fixed a formatting error and made sure I wasn't over charged. He saved the day and I will never forget this experience.
Truly Abysmal service - Zero stars given
Zero stars given - The service at the Tarpon Springs Staples location is truly abysmal. As of today, we are finished here.
During our interaction at the print center, Jennifer (Jen) was rude, condescending, curt and dismissive. When I asked for help, she refused. Her representation of your company is unfavorable.
The assistant store manager, Angelina, who in the past was approachable and helpful, dismissed my complaint about Jen. According to her, it's a self-service print center that doesn't offer assistance, and employees aren't compensated well enough to offer assistance. This response shocked my husband, who vowed to take our business elsewhere.

I was sent an email stating that the Order was Ready for Pick-UP. However, only part of my order was ready, and they had no way to "track" the missing item to see where it was.
This is my last purchase from this supposedly "business professional" outlet. I now have to wait for my product to show up "soon" so I can walk away from this parasite of a retail reseller.

I am fed up with Staples in Wilmington
I am fed up with Staples in Wilmington, Delaware. After years of trying to get them to credit my account with ink cartridges that I turned in and receipts for purchases made for rewards, I am finally giving up on this company. I don't know why they are still in business. I have spent at least ten tries with customer service to get them to credit my purchases and rewards to my account and each time they say it has been taken care of, but when I turn in ink cartridges or make purchases, they never, ever show up. Also, after today's visit to the store, the shelves were half empty and there was only one cashier in a busy store. They don't seem to even care. I'm done. Amazon and HP gets my business from here on out.

After a couple of bad experiences of ordering a product.....then having them give some lame excuse why it couldn't be delivered, I decided to never order from them again. I have called them TWICE to tell them to QUIT...SENDING ....ME....EMAILS to buy from them again.
They keep assuring me that they have taken my emails OFF their contact lists.....YET....I KEEP GETTING MORE OF THEM.!!!

Staple in garden grove blvd and harbor had short of staff and the service was very slow, i don’t understand why amazon picked them for return service, i was a first in line but still need to wait for over 20 minutes, if they don’t have enough manpower then do not do amazon return. not real knowledgable
First of all, Asurion, the company that extends warranty is a joke. So hard to use and as so many insurance companies do, they deny, deny claims. If you do get paid claim you get credit at staples. Big mistake going there. Costco much safer and no hassle. I spent so many hours trying to get expensive Canon printer to work.....
Excellent delivery experince!
I just took advantage of Staple's sale on a ten ream box of paper and it not only arrived in just a few days, the delivery person who delivered it, delivered it with care! (It's heavy!) Great job!

had an online order today and got cancelled. called in to have them reprocess as requested in email. guess what? they are in the philippines! had to be re-routed back to stateside, additional 2 calls and 20 minutes wait. Jessica was unhelpful at best, downright useless. when we asked to speak to her super, she said i am a supervisor. so we asked to speak to her superior, no go there. the end of staples business.

I bought ear candy wireless headphones. The instructions were indecipherable, and they had no charger cord. I got a refund. 2days later I bought Turbotax basic for 39.95. It took me 2hours to fimd it didnt work. It would not recognize any of my personal data. The manager said they do not refund open software. I threw the package down and threatened to go higher. He gave me a refund. Don't buy these products.
