Wonderful Overall Experience
Communication was good, timeliness of delivery was appropriate from Ireland to USA. I love my all natural skin care product. I bought samples while in Ireland last August, I was very happy to buy more product at a reasonable price, including shipping.

merino die pilt?
ik had een prachtig merinowollen vest gekocht. Na 3 keer dragen was het helemaal gaan pillen, het zag er niet meer uit. Was het dan toch geen merino?
Ik heb er tot 3 keer over gemaild, foto's toegevoegd, maar ik heb tot op heden geen enkele reactie of poging tot een schikking gekregen. Het was echt een duur vest!
Ik heb het geld teruggekregen na het plaatsen van deze review

The sweater purchased is made from 100% merino wool from a long-established Irish manufacturer. As merino wool is a natural fibre, it does require careful handling and care in line with the garment instructions. After reviewing the photos provided, our manufacturer advised that the garment showed signs of not having been cared for correctly.
We have been in touch with you directly and have resolved this matter by issuing a full refund.

Excellent Customer Service support
Excellent Customer Service support. The jacket I bought was too small and unfortunately they didn’t have my size online. I spoke with Customer Service and they sourced the size I needed from one of their shops. They said they would phone me back later that morning and did so! Would definitely recommend.

I bought an aran knit throw for a relative who came to Ireland to get married as I wanted something truly Irish. She absolutely loved it and I had delivery in a couple of days.The girl I spoke to on the phone was very efficient and helpful

Beautiful pattern and yarn. Delivery was fairly fast. UPS communication was scrambled; saying at first that I needed to contact UPS and pay a customs charge or I could pay upon delivery but that would cause an extra charge. I ignored UPS and they delivered the package without a charge.
