I recently contacted Standun regarding an issue with the zip on a jacket I had purchased. From my first enquiry through to the resolution, the customer service was outstanding.
The team were friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful, and they arranged a replacement jacket for me with no hassle. I absolutely love the jacket and was delighted with the outcome.
It’s clear that Standun really care about their customers and stand behind the products they sell. As a small family-run business, they provide the kind of personal service that is increasingly rare.

Beautiful baby gifts
I was happily surprised how quickly the package was delivered. The baby blanket is so pretty and soft, the baby booties are very cute, and the small giraffe toy adorable! These items were given to my cousin and her husband for their two month old baby girl. They love their gift!

Item I purchased was just as beautiful as the pictures online! I immediately loved it but was skeptical about an order that required overseas shipping. I wondered whether there might be hidden charges. After being offered a discount, I decided to make the purchase. So glad I did! Billing was straightforward, tracking was detailed and accurate.
