Simple ordering. Quick delivery. Top products.

The website is easy to follow and easy to see what you want. The custom ordering process was super simple. The member of staff that helped to alter my image so that it would print correctly was easy to talk to and deal with. The payment gateway was easy to use. Production and shipping time was a lot faster than I expected. And the quality of the stamp printout itself is perfect. Honestly couldn't fault your company in any way. Every business should look at yours as a model business.

Very happy, would recommend

Very happy with the self inking 10mm stamp I ordered, the logo is really clear and prints well. Customer service was good, they responded quickly to a question I had. Delivery was also quick. Will use again and would recommend Stampit.

Brilliant Service

Brilliant, fast, responsive and helpful service from start to finish. I was genuinely blown away by how fast and helpful the service I received from Dwaine was. Good quality stamp

Ordered a stamp and pad (stampit brand stamp). I said I needed it by the 1st of possible. I didn’t received a message to say this wouldn’t be possible, which I think I should have, because, they shipped this sooo late. I was like this definitely won’t come. To my surprise it arrived on the day I needed it luckily! Make sure you order in advance because these are made to order especially for you to be fair.
Stamp works very well but rubber pad could be thicker and cut out less roughly for the price.

Although I received confirmation of my…

Although I received confirmation of my order being shipped on the 30/08, Royal Mail are still waiting for the item from Stampit.

I spoke to someone days ago who said they will look into it and get back to me, they never did. Now they don't answer phone calls and they don't reply to emails.

Poor customer service. The only thing they have done correctly so far is taken my money!

I'm reluctantly having to resort to…

I'm reluctantly having to resort to leaving a review in order for the company to return my emails/calls...as they have so far refused to do either.

I am waiting on an order and only want to be updated as apparently it is "shipped" but royal mail are yet to receive it...leaving my order in limbo somewhere.
My emails and web chats have been ignored and i have even been hung up on...funny, they were very responsive prior to taking my money.

I wouldnt be so miffed had i not spent nearly £150 on one stamp!
Please don't be one of THOSE companies that takes my money and runs.

...also, i understand the timing of my review (queens death) but i have been ignored prior to this so there is no excuse for palming me off if you were planning on using that as a reason.

Excellent!

As a business, we have now bought 2 personalised stamps and we couldn’t be happier with them. The stamps are of excellent quality and the customer service is always prompt and very helpful. Really happy with the service we’ve received, thank you!

i love my embosser

i love my embosser, it works great and makes my prints look so much more professional. Stampit helped me with the design as well as any other questions or queries i had.

They dont give refunds for faulty products

Don't buy from this company. I purchased three different embossing stamps. All three gave a very uneven impression on the paper, one side of each stamp's design is faded, making the return address unreadable and the stamps unusable. I have showed videos of testing the embossing stamps on different papers, all under 120gsm. They only paid for the stamps to be returned to them after arguing for this. They have only offered that they will do their own test on the stamps when I pay for them to be returned. If they pass their tests then they wont give a refund. I dont trust this company, such poor customer service. In the response below they have said that I approved the new stamps before they were sent to me, this is not true. I never saw any videos, so I didn't have an opportunity to approve or disapprove what they were offering. I have now not received a response from them after many requests for a refund or credit for their website.

Hi Jenni This is a very one-sided review the embossers were tested twice and we did pay for the original return you have failed to mention.

We tested them on 120gsm paper and they were perfect on all our tests. We sent you pictures of the impression on 120gsm paper and you approved the impression before we sent it.

You made us aware that you needed it to work on thicker paper but these machines where not capable of this.

We offered an upgrade that would have worked better, at just cost price but you did not reply to us and left a review instead.

We are always happy to help our customers but expectations of a product need match reality.
Your artwork was very complex and for the thicker paper it needed a heavier duty embosser. - we are still happy to help you if you wish to take us up on the offer of an upgrade.

Very delighted with my experience

Had a design issue with my order, gentleman I spoke to was friendly, courteous and dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement superquick. It is absolutely perfect. I have no hesitation to recommend Stampit to friends. Well done Stampit and many thanks!

Really disappointed.

Honestly the stamp isn’t great . I expected a better quality impression for £100 .

The stamp doesn’t print properly . It doesn’t fully reach the surface to make a full print .

The company is only blaming me and honestly being patronising.
But I have used self inking stamps many times before with no issues.
You press down it prints.

They also tried to blame the ink pads… I purchased the ink pads from them.

Flushed £100 down the toilet for a stamp that looks shoddy .

I do feel like this company doesn’t like taking criticism and instead of simply admitting it’s their mistake ( which that’s absolutely fine we understand) they blame the customer and do very little to resolve .

We have tried to explain how to get the ink levels correct on these very large stamp pads , we asked if we could call you to explain how to use it and you said you could not take any calls. It is a really quick process getting the ink right and after that it is so easy to use but you refuse to let us help.

We also just explained you need a flat surface when stamping. We are happy to arrange a collection for the stamp and if it is indeed faulty we will happily refund you, but as we have been making these for years We know for 100% fact it is not a fault with the stamp and it is the ink levels on the pad.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They are truly woeful. I am 2 months into a transaction that is still incomplete. They sent me items that were aligned incorrectly and have so far refused to take them back in replacement for the correctly aligned items. I can’t believe this is still going on after 2 months...please use another company as these guys are clearly incompetent at best.

Edit: in the below reply from Stampit, I was not abusive in the slightest. I pointed out with screen shots of their site that at no point does the term ‘alignment’ refer to anything, it simply says ‘alignment’. I pointed out that a better phrase would be ‘alignment to paper’. They clearly see that as abusive, but that doesn’t surprise me given how rubbish they have been from day one to day 60 of this awful transaction. I will be going to trading standards now to report them.

Just as some advice (from
someone that designs websites and apps for a living) change the title to read ‘What part of the paper are you embossing?’ And have the answers read ‘top of paper/bottom of paper/left of paper/right of paper’. You could have an information icon next to the headline that once clicked opens a small dialogue box that outlines what it means in more detail but being specific upfront should negate the need for that functionality. Doing this will stop any future incidents like this as what you currently have is mystic and enigmatic.

I resent having to pay extra for something I don’t feel I am to blame for and the embossers I currently am in possession of I have no use for. I’ll happily return the 2 plates that aren’t as I was expecting in return for the ones mentioned. Plus you get some UX design advice for free, which I would normally charge an excess of the cost of the embossers.

Hi James, we have a very clear site. It states very, very clearly the alignment and what it refers to.
You selected TOP and and you got top alignment. ( needles to say on the drop it also states if you are unsure to ask us regarding alignment) We offered to replace them at minimal cost (£10) and you replied abusively. Despite us being very polite and understanding with you via email.

We understand mistakes happen, we are only human but blaming us for something you did incorrectly and we have offered to still fix it at a loss to us. We are not incompetent James, we are very good at what we do and have been for many years and try very hard to make our customers happy.

We are still happy to help you, please email us so we can fix your mistake.
