Hello Dane,
We are sorry you have not received the item yet; We in turn have not had contact from you which may have helped us solve the issues. Your order was placed on Sat 16th at 00:06 AM it was dispatched by 11:41AM on Monday 18th. We had notification by the 21st September that the shipment was on hold awaiting duty and taxes payment. The following attempts to contact you for settlement were made on the 22nd,25th,27th and 28th September by the courier. We attempted to contact you ourselves on the 27th and 28th September. Unfortunately, the decision was made to return to sender on the 3rd October, this decision is out of our control and carries a cost. So far, we have not had the return. If you have paid DHL for the Duties and Tax, I suggest you contact them as they are unaware of this payment, or it has been made too late.
Kindly reconsider your review, I don’t believe we could have done anything different.

Overall experience was OK ish
Overall experience was OK. Delivery was a little expensive. I thought with it being so expensive delivery that it covered the import tax into Norway. (Same as Amazon handle it but it was not the case. My mistake) Also the foot pegs are ok. They arrived scratched and a chunk of the anodising was missing. They also are not a foot peg designed to fit the Talaria so they require shimming around the pin (extra washer) and also a shim to make them sit flat and not drop down. The springs work and the come with some extra foot pegs. But unfortunately I would not buy again if I needed another set. To expensive after import and not 100% correct when tho they do fit.

The website and help was really good, I received an email before my parts were shipped to make sure the correct parts were send. It was very quick delivery and all parts were perfect
