My bike arrive with a defective front…

UPDATE:

Customer Service did get back to me and help me resolve the issue. My bike arrive with a defective front wheel part. Customer service has been slow to respond. A phone number that doesn't have a full voice mail would be welcomed. And an auto response for your cs email stating how long it will take for someone to respond would also be welcomed. I am disappointed I'm unable to ride my bike. Going on day 4 with minimal resolution.

Love my M1

My M1 ebike had a problem with the charger in the new battery. I reached out to DDC supporting and told them what was going on. Send them a video and I’m so happy that even though my warranty was over by more than a week they still help me by sending me a new battery and a new charger. I’m so happy I’m gonna put a picture of me with my E bike and my new battery. I love them. My eBay goes 28 miles an hour on Thursday. Some people don’t like them, but I love it. My Brother also has one in the support team is great thank you so much. I’m so happy.
