I bought a carbon fender for 83.95€ The site asked me for the location in France and offered me 33.95€ for tax and delivery. Which is quite expensive.
I didn't think I would have to pay 41.5€ of customs fees at the reception. I paid as many fees as the mudguard cost
The site never explains that customs fees are not included in the taxes you charge.

Thanks for submitting a review. I can confirm that the 33.95€ is a shipping charge, not a tax charge - nor does the website imply that it is a tax charge.
in this instance, Import tax and duty is collected by the French government separately and we have no control over it.
We are hoping to begin working with a French Retailer in the new year, meaning that it will become cheaper and easier to purchase our products directly from them in France.
