I know those frame protection pads will last the life of the bike so you will never need to purchase a second set. I also trust the V4 and Pan European badges are adding a nice look to your machine - Pity we couldn't get enough numbers for a Pan Australia version!

Excellent first impressions!
I placed my first order with Bike-Quip recently, and when the package arrived, there was an item missing. I emailed the company and received a response almost immediately, apologising for the error. I received the item a couple of days later.
Communication with this business is top notch, and the products appear to be very robust, and of superb quality. The online fitting instructions are clear and concise, too.
If you're looking for accessories specific to your Honda Pan, look no further.

Glad the scuff strips were fitted ok, the instructions are there because of the unusual and unexpected way the scuff strips affix to the pannier with the wide end forward. The material is self healing so if you do knock it, any indents will resolve after a short while. If there is anything else you need, you know where to find me!

The quality of the engineering…
The quality of the engineering solutions at Bike-Quip are amazing. Well thought through aids for the Pan European clan.
On this occasion I had to disassemble the screen mechanism and send two small, but critical sliders to Bike-Quip. Once back they were quickly serviced and returned with new helical springs and an engineered splined drive. When I ran in to trouble reassembling I called and was guided personally through the challenging part. Without that advice it may not have had a completed mechanism.
This guy is very, very helpful to his customers. He’d have gotten six stars if it were possible.

I do like to interact with customers too, many outlets sell parts but I like to invest in mine just as much as I do my customers, so the more you understand about them, the more likely you are to obtain a better result in the long run.

Ordered and installed the Tip Over Bars…
Ordered and installed the Tip Over Bars on my St1300 and it looks incredible. A real quality and professional looking piece of equipment. Shipping was lightning fast and the item arrived (Canada) in just a couple of days. I hit a snag during installation (totally my fault) and Steve responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion and was super helpful. I will highly recommend Bike-Quip to anyone seeking quality and unique ST1300 accesories, as well as top shelf customer service. I have no doubt I will be dealing with Steve again in the near future, when I pull the trigger on one of his highly regarded windscreens. Cheers!!

Firstly many thanks for the great review and the 5 stars too, it is much appreciated indeed. I am pleased you like the look and the quality of the crash bars, over 500 pairs have now been fitted to ST1300s and I know there are a handful of cases where they have definitely made a huge difference after some pretty spectacular incidents.
I just hope you never have to prove yours personally! I do hope you resolved your bolt issue and I was relieved to find out it wasn't an issue with the product itself.

Extra wide flip top screen
I’m really pleased with my Bike-Quip flip top screen, it performs better than the much larger touring screen I previously used and looks much nicer too. Steve was great demonstrating my options for a new screen (and other bits) and is very knowledgeable about ST1300s. Highly recommended
