Have been a loyal customer with multiple cameras but have grown frustrated and disappointed. Upgraded my subscription and now I’m receiving black photos. When I reached out for help through the chat I was asked the same questions repeatedly only to get the same reply telling me about the importance of proper batteries and proper SD cards all of which I have always used without issues. Again, never had issues UNTIL I updated my subscription. Wanted to continue my support for SPYPOINT but I have no choice but to consider different brands. Still left with no fix. I do hope other customers do not have my experience.
Terrible service, did not receive my pictures, the customer service could not care less and did not want to refund me
The customer service is so cringe worthy. You can tell they make it up as the go and are just as lost as you in the process. They ask you to get your camera from the woods then they want you to put 8 new batteries in it when it's at 40%. Multiple on hold times, and calls back. I dread every time I have to call in and talk to these people in another country. I regret going with spy point cameras
I would give them a zero if I could. Lies, lies, lies. They gave me the run around for weeks, saying I would receive my return label which had to include an rma number. Three times I spent over an hour on the phone and was guaranteed I would receive it in 3 business days. It's a shifty company and buyer beware.

Customer service is a joke.If you talk to them on the phone you better know 7 different languages. So I tried chatting with Customer support and as usual all they could say was check batteries. This is all they know to say every time. I found the problem my self moisture had seep in after a hard rain. I fixed the problem for now with my wife's hair dryer. It's the same every time (check batteries is all they know) For 2 years all they know to say.Service is a joke.
They could start by having reliable uninterrupted service. Second when you pay for a service you should receive exactly what your paying for. This company is just out to steal your hard earned money.
I've had this camera 2 years now and I've yet to receive any useful pictures from it. I've contacted their support unit and their focus is on telling you what you're doing wrong. Then,"as a courtesy" they reset my camera. By the time I got to it there was already the 100 pictures (max allowed without paid plan) of nothing. I've got nothing good to say about it this point.
I operate 24 cameras all year! I started having issues this year with the spypoint Dark & FLex models, I contacted their support to try and resolve the issues but they were unwilling to fix the problems so unfortunately for me I am now without cameras just as the season is about to begin. The most frustrating part is that i really tried to get them to help me resolve this but they were just not willing to work with me. Once the season is over I will be looking for a new camera partner, I plan to box all of their equipment up and ship it back to them with a demand for my money back.
Tried to update my credit card info on there website as apparently you cant do it anymore through the app so fine I log in and it cant be done as there website is down for maintenance, been trying for 2 weeks now. Tried the online chat, that wasted an hour of my time they told me to buy something and it will ask me to update my payment method, are you kidding me that's the best solution you have. Customer service is a complete joke they cant help with anything other than buying more garbage from them, this us the last time they will get my money, looks like I have new targets for sighting in my deer rifle this year
I set up a new account and when I got to the payment section and hit place order, I kept getting customer ID incorrect. So I tried to fix this several times. I finally got it to go through. To my shock the next morning I was charged everytime it failed to the tune of $1560! When I went on chat, I was told to dispute it with my financial institution!! Worst customer service ever!!!
It might be one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I really suggest taking a different route when it comes to these guys. Terrible service. Terrible cameras. Overall, horrible.
Just stay away from Spypoint. We rarely get all the photos we paid for, the website is constantly glitchy and gives us error messages now that we're trying to renew for another year. The cameras themselves seem to work reasonably well but their website, whether on desktop or mobile, is miserable.

Cameras aren't worth having- you call needing to troubleshoot and they expect you to have the camera in hand - unsure who purchases a camera used to monitor activity at a lease and has it at home - worthless - incompetent employees. This is my latest experience - SPYPOINT is a waste of money and phone time when you call them.
Product failed service horrible. Customer service was the standard try this, try that, even though already had done these things. The antenna had an obvious connection failure. Finally surrendered. DO NOT BUY!
I have 2 FLEX G3 cameras that are pretty much useless as a "game" camera. They take so many false trigger pictures that the company forces you into their unlimited plan which is very expensive for EACH camera. They are useless being put in the woods were "game" are found because any movement of leaves, grass or limbs trigger a picture. This is good if you have animals in front of the camera but unfortunately since the cameras take so many false pictures in just a couple days that you will use up your allotment of your plan unless you get the unlimited plan, which is too expensive for each camera. The cameras are basically useless in the woods but maybe in a mowed field where there are no trees or tall grass. I absolutely wouldn't recommend Spypoint cameras. I also have Browning and Reconyx cameras that only take pictures of animals in the woods.
The worst, absolutely, the worst chat support in the world. I have scads of their devices deployed at remote sites, running on solar. This is my second FLEX G-36, which has already become a brick in less than a year. Don't waste your time with chat support, bite the bullet, and get a real person on the phone in Canada. They were most responsive and resolved my issue, sending me a free replacement camera.
On sale says one year free subscription. I went with the flex s dark because I want to use it year around and figured solar was the way to go. Well back to the free yeah 100 pics free and if you want the solar to work you have to purchase a lithium battery! Never again buddy’s Vosker came with the battery and it will come with mine too. Also no S.D card the program I paid for was $120 for the year and for some reason SPYPOINT Canadian company charges in U.S funds so ended up paying $162 never again. It’s to late for this year but I won’t have a SPYPOINT in the bush next year and that I’ll guarantee
