Bad customer support! Cameras antenna came loose internally and won’t stay in position and makes for a weaker signal. Called customer support all they want to do is reset it I explained it was broke internally didn’t seem to want to help at all. Will never buy anything from Spypoint again

Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Gave me half a refund for a subscription I got charged for and cancelled months ago yet continued to get billed. Also hung up on me twice without answering any of my questions or even interacting with my messages at all in a meaningful way other than what appears to be copy paste nonsense.

It's the second flex s dark camera in two months. Same problem camera loses battery in minutes. The camera is two weeks in the field first it started taking only one picture with each encounter. Then it went from 100 percent to low battery. This is the replacement for one that I had for o ly one month. Customer service doesn't return phone calls when promised. Now they are going to replace this camera with another. For my problems they offered 50.00 to a new camera or future plans.i wouldn't buy another spypoint camera or get another plan so the 50.00 is a waste. Don't buy. Nothing but problems

bought a flex m. ,issing solar panel walmart was going to send me one i waited for days on that and they never did send it . so i hung it up using the battery option.worked fine when i installed it on the tree.then next day it nwasnt working . tech support is a nightmare long holds . go into the woods push buttons get them a light show . then they say ok its working now.go back to the house same thing everytime they say its fixed and its not. today i had it with them wasted hours of my time .they are sending me another one hopefully it works. customer support is rude and thinks u are dumb. buyer beware

2 hrs away from my g36 spypoint camera, finally got to reset it, moved the camera. Worked ok for 2 days now back home and haven't received a photo for 24 hrs. Have lots battery, a 50 percent single. So far the camers is inconsistent. Only paid for monthly subscription, so let see for hunting season, but so far not impressed. Bought 2 muddy cameras to try out. Stay tuned

I bought two Flex-M cameras from my local hunting shop and was super excited to try them out. Got everything all set up paid for the unlimited pictures for both. FYI the app is clunky!!! I placed the cameras on my food plots, and put the setting to my preference which was high sensitivity, and to send the pictures as they happen… Needless to say the picture quality is trash photos show up hours later or even days later!
I recently hunt near my cameras and noticed I had deer standing anywhere from 10 feet to 30 feet away and it never took a single picture!!! This product is unreliable and waste of money!
I have other brands of cameras set up the same way and it out performs SPYPOINT in very way!! Live feeds picture quality and consistency. My suggestion go buy any other product other than SPYPOINT!!

Spypoint is turning their older cell links into bricks. I have three that won't connect to a cell tower recently. One was working as recently as October 22. Activated in 2022. I put fresh batteries in it and decided to update. Big mistake. Went to their website for a software update. Well, revision 4 is gone and revision 1 is the only update available. I have bought 12, that is right, 12 cell links and this is how they treat loyalty. Time to move on.

If you want a camera that constantly updates and doesnt work well you've come to the right spot. Spyoint camera is just for you. Highly recommend that you dont purchase this brand. There's a reason why they are so cheap. Its getting to be in the prime of hunting and my cameras continue to crap the bed stating an invalid SD card and to input a different one. Also, the cameras were working perfectly fine then just stopped.... Just dont

Camera failed to sync for 4 days. 90% signal, 54% battery. No customer service assistance!
Photo transmission quality is junk, camera's continue to fail (i have four in the field). All camera's will be thrown in garbage where they belong!
bought 2 cameras directly from their website They sent me an email offering a special on refurbished cameras Mico-lite solar Never worked once I got them spent had 4 hours with a rep to upload new firmware and long format the cards fresh new battery Witch you would think would had this completed when they did the repairs DO not buy any cameras directly from them They just give you the run around and waste your time I have 16 of their cameras but I will have no more
was renewed sept first, stopped sending pictures at end of the month. everything worked for one month. tried customer service, no help. website a joke. had renewed for 1 year, tried to cancel and did but was told no refund for 11 months because it worked for 1 month! Coincidence?

Le système spypoint est pas mal , par contre dégoûté sur 4 caméras 2 en panne au bout de 2 ans , le contact sav en Allemagne est inexistant (étonnant pour des allemands) , que ce soit pour discuter des caméras ou même juste pour reset le mot de passe du compte, bilan pas brillant 0 communication, 0 sav , pour des caméras a une moyenne de 300 euros ca met bien les boules
