Apologies Lisa and Co for the delay in thanking you for looking after me and my elderly charismatic Lab/Collie cross Lottie who I had pts at home last month.
How lucky I was to discover your company. I have had many dogs in my life so should have toughened up. It appears not to be the case. I was so grateful for the kindess and support from Lisa and co. The gentleness shown to Lottie was as if she was your own beloved pet. A trait that is lost with some of the larger companies. Your premises are exquisite. Lotties ashes along with a beautiful card, wild flower seeds, fragrant candle and authentication certificate, all held together with a labrador paper clip were a beautiful classy touch. I have to say the experience we recieved at Springfield Pet cremation was incredible given the hard time we had losing multiple pets. We used springfield when we unfortunately lost our beautiful chicken Patricia, not many places cremate birds especially ones that are deemed food, however after speaking to Lisa on the phone she sent Martin to our home and picked up our beautiful lady, they gave her the care and love she always had which was incredible as we have lost many pets and used many other services and have had terrible experiences, they also phoned just before Patricia was being cremated so we are able to light a candle and have our remembrance along side the cremation which we have never experienced which was incredible when in such a hard time losing a family member and the amazing care that Patricia received at Springfield is why when unfortunately we lost our incredible beautiful boy Snowy, who had a terrible experience in the lead up to his death and being put in a bag like he was discarded waste to the vets we used, we picked him up and took him to Springfield ourselves, The team was incredible in helping in such a heartbreaking time, they made Snowy look like he was peaceful and sleeping, we was allowed as much time as we needed to hold, love and spend time with our beloved Boy, we lost our best friend and after how he was treated at the vets, he deserved the love and respect that I know Springfield give to your family member and it was again the most incredible send off and last moments with our boy. I will definitely be using Springfield again when we have the unfortunate time of losing another family member. I would like to thank the team again with how they treated me and ny partner after we lost Patricia and again after losing our Snowy, they both are greatly loved, greatly missed, and I know there last moments on earth they were also loved and cared for by Springfield.

I cannot recommend Springfield Farm Pet Cremation highly enough. From the very first message I sent, to bringing my precious kitten Chance home today, Peter and the team showed nothing but kindness, compassion and genuine care.

My beautiful kitten, Chance, sadly passed away at just two days old. I was completely heartbroken and had never been through anything like this before, so I had no idea what to expect when arranging a cremation. Peter took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how small, and always replied with kindness and understanding. He never once made me feel like I was just another customer.

I was worried about everything, including how to care for Chance overnight before bringing him in. Peter patiently explained what I needed to do and reassured me. That advice gave me peace of mind at a time when I was feeling overwhelmed.

When I arrived this morning with Chance, Peter greeted me with such warmth and compassion. He treated Chance with the same dignity and respect that I would have hoped for if he were his own pet. He carefully explained the individual cremation process from beginning to end, answered all of my questions, and never once rushed me. I could tell immediately that this wasn't just a job to him – he genuinely cares about every family and every pet that comes through his doors.

One thing that really touched me was that Peter actually apologised before asking for payment. He absolutely didn't need to do that, but it showed just how thoughtful and compassionate he is. He understood that I wasn't simply paying for a service – I was saying goodbye to a much-loved little kitten, and he treated me with such sensitivity and kindness.

I collected Chance's ashes later the same day, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a more beautiful presentation. His ashes were placed in a lovely woodland scatter tube, I received a Certificate of Individual Cremation with Chance's name, and they also included a memorial candle. Every detail had clearly been thought about, and it brought me comfort knowing that Chance had been cared for with such love and respect throughout the entire process.

Although nothing can take away the pain of losing Chance, Springfield Farm Pet Cremation made one of the hardest days of my life just that little bit easier. Their compassion, professionalism and genuine care will stay with me forever.
Thank you, Peter, from the bottom of my heart, for treating my precious Chance with such dignity and kindness. He may only have been with me for two days, but he was deeply loved, and knowing he was in your care gave me so much comfort.

We recently lost our beloved 15 year old Staffie, and Springfield Pet Cremation went above and beyond for us. From the first moment we contacted them, Lisa, Martin & Jackie treated our boy with genuine care, dignity, and compassion.

When I lost my little Soul Mate Mew, it was a sudden and unexpected death
Springfield were so kind and empathetic and their services were second to none.
Mew was collected same day (and it was a Sunday) and her ashes were ready the very next day - she was in a beautiful casket with a personalised plaque, along with her paw prints in a picture frame, a fur cutting in a beautiful bottle with her name in beads on a tied ribbon and a handwritten card of condolences and a beautiful poem.
I cant thank Martin & Lisa enough for their kindness during a very upsetting time.
I can rest knowing my Mew was treated with the utmost dignity for her journey over the rainbow bridge.

On the 29th October we lost our beloved golden girl Luna.

My wife and I and her furry "sisters" Rosie and Poppy were devastated.

After a recommendation from our daughter who had used Springfield when she lost a pet, we contacted them.

Martin immediately said he could pick Luna up from the vet's tonight and, look after he until we could make the arrangements.

Martin and Lisa’s kindness and empathy was incredible and really helped us at this sad time.

They were compassionate, professional and incredibly supportive.

Luna was treated with dignity and returned to us as quickly as possible.

The personal touches, a sympathy card, with a poem that although it bought tears to my eyes was beautiful and helped a lot, candle, and wildflower seeds, and a little of her fur in a tiny keepsake bottle with her name on, meant so much. We’re truly grateful for the respect and tenderness shown throughout. Thank you for helping us say goodbye so beautifully.
