The Dicky Bag is a well thought out design but unfortunately am moving to a different brand due to a design fault.

They have a rubber base on the outside which has started to deteriorate, it has become sticky and is coming off on my fingers.

I contacted the company to tell them about this and their reply was that this has happened because I don't wash the bag.

I've only ever put dry dogs kibble in it and they are saying that the rubber that protects the fabric bottom is affected by the dog treats inside.

If thats the case then it isn't fit for purpose, it's a treat bag!

Impressive company. I bought a neoprene treat bag a few years back and since then it's done daily sterling service. Given its price, I contacted the company via their site when the zip came off a few weeks back. Mandy suggested I sent it back for repair and, for the price of postage to Cornwall and back, it's now doing great duty again. Friendly British company with a truly impressive follow through. Highly recommend.

I commented on a Facebook post to say that I loved my Dicky bag but wouldn't buy again as it had broken. My comment was noted & a response informed me that it could be returned & repaired for a very modest fee.
I have just received my Dicky bag back & I'm delighted, it is as good as new. The customer service was wonderful and the product well made. I cannot praise the company enough.
